Allergy

The next day was so stressful. Andami kong pinipirmahan at meetings na dadaluhan.

"Mam, next meeting na po , sa Montoya Corp." pinaalala ni Dolly mula intercom.

I look at my wrist. 11 am. 11 palang at naka 3 meeting na ako sa araw na ito. Iba pa yung mamaya. Inayos ko ang coat ko at kinuha ang bag.

"Lets go" ani ko.

Bumaba na ako ng ground floor at nag antay ng sasakyan. Sinuot ko na ang shades ko at inayos ang sarili. Pagka sakay namin sa sasakyan ay nireview ko ang huling minutes namin nung huli kong punta sa Montuya Corp. for meeting.

After kong nireview ay sakto naman na nakarating kami sa Montuya Corp.. I smiled at their guard and nodded to them.

"Mam, do you want anything for lunch?" tanong ni dolly pagkasakay namin sa elevator.

"Ahm, kahit ano na dolly, Im too exhausted to think. Basta masarap" sabi ko sabay ngiti.

As soon as I stepped inside the room, I inhale heavily. Binati ako ng ibang kakilala ko, some are Engineers, some are shareholders like me and some are board members. Sabi kasi samin, may iprepresent daw na bagong project, and ofcourse we should be involve here.

"Let's just wait for the presentors, baka nalate lang" sabi ni Mr. Montuya, the president.

I look at the time, 11:20 am. Mukang maabutan pa kami ng lunch break.

As soon as I put down my wrist the glass door open widely and a group of people move in quickly.

"Im sorry for the inconvinience sir, naflatan po kasi kami on the way" isang baritong boses ang nagpatigil sa aking pagmamatyag sa iba. Tinutok ko ang mata ko sa harapan at napakurap ako ng makita ko si Marcus, wearing corporate attire, muka siyang balisa at nagpapanic.

"Monique, the folders please" ani naman ni Ethan.

Binigay na samin ang kopya ng kanilang proyekto. As I opened the folder, the logo of their firm was the first thing that could be seen. 'Royalty Engineering Company' , I smiled upon reading the letters being printed on tge papers.

He really made it ,huh.

"Goodmor- I mean Good afternoon to everyone, so I believe we are here to discuss the most awaited project of the year from Montuya Corp." may pinindot ang next slide " The Fun Star Hotel...as you can see on page 3 the Goal of this project is to make travelers live,relax and to feel at home so we decided to give you this...."

He speaks very professional, very prim and proper. I smiled at that thought.

"Mam drinks" ani nung babae , tumango ako at nakinig pa.

After almost an hour, its time to ask some opinions.

"How can we make sure that, it's safe?" Sabi nung isang board "We must put our investors money to a good investment"dagdag niya.

Tumango ako, tama lang naman siya. We put money to this Corp. to make it grow or to make it beneficial for us. So we need assurance.

"As being discuss and written on page 18 , we put the specific brand and exact capacity that we need in order to achieve and sustain the building's strong and firm foundation. We won't risk your investors money and put it in to waste, and to stop your doubting thoughts sir, we never use substandard cements nor hollowblocks"
