Lupita - The Beginning

Chapter 6

"We need to go and find the third elemental, but where could she be?" Blue's mind was going ten to the dozen, "how do you know it's a she?" asked Tash, "I just feel it.... the voice calling us from the forest do you think it was her...she called us sisters??".

"you are all sisters" spoke Ember "you are elementals, only females are chosen and we are all related, Terra is my sister"

"can you sense one another" Tash asked Ember

"yes, I can sense my sisters, there are four of us, me, Terra, Caeli and Azure"

"Blue, Ember can sense her sisters can Terra? We could try and sense where the third is?" she looked expectantly at Blue

"no, she can't, she's really weak Tash I'm worried, something is stopping her from regaining her strength and I don't know how to help her" Blues eyes stung with tears, she didn't know what to do, she could barely hear Terra her voice was a whisper.

"Ember what can we do?" Tash asked her wolf, she couldn't bear to see Blue upset and in pain.

"we need to call fire, we cannot use our own internal fire yet as we are not strong enough, but we can use the fire over their...." Tash strained to look at the fire pit

"come on Tash we can do this concentrate on the flames feel them move..." Tash concentrated on the flames she saw them dancing and glowing brighter and brighter, she felt them jump towards her, one hit her in her face, but it didn't hurt, at all.

"right now Tash imagine the fire is around your wrists melting the chains.."

Tash concentrated she imagined the fire was around her wrists, the flames jumped again and landed on her chains, they began to melt...

Blues eyes widened as she saw the flames jump and dance towards her friend, she saw the first hit her face, but Tash didn't even flinch, it must not have hurt her, she then watched Tash strain her neck up, her eyes changed to bright orange and then more flames jumped and this time it landed on her wrists, "yes Tash, you're doing it.."

Tash could feel her hands loosen and with a snap her hands where free, "now call the flames to your hands and melt the chains around your body and shackles on your ankles..."

She moved the flames with her hands and melted the chains around her body she then sat up and started on her ankles, all the while Blue was staring wide eyed at her friend, wow she was a very powerful person, she was sooooo proud. "your nearly their Tash.... woooooop"

Tash suddenly stopped "did you just woop?" she looked at Blue her eye brow raised with a smile on her face, my head cheerleader she laughed, "oh my god I'm done, Blue I did it???" Tash beamed from ear to ear, "right now for you" she got up and stumbled towards Blue.

Blue looked at Tash "please don't singe my hair..." Tash laughed "I did that one time whilst I was straightening your hair and you won't let it go...."

"I could smell burnt hair for bloody weeks, damn right I won't let it go..." Blue chuckled as she felt her hands free and then her body, she sat up and saw Tash melting away the last of her restraints. Finally, she was free, she sighed "thank god for that, right we need to find the Third, Tash can Ember sense where she is?" Blue reached up and ripped the bandage off her head, she suddenly felt a little stronger "oh thank you for getting rid of that, it was making me weak and it stank, phew" Blue smiled "Terra your back" Blue looked at Tash "the bandage Tash, it was something on the bandage that was affecting Terra, she's coming back to me"

Tash smiled she was so happy for her friend "right Ember I need you to track your sister" she asked her wolf "I can sense her go out of the room into the corridor to the right and down the stairs...." "Blue follow me Ember has got her..."

"where abouts is she Tash?" Blue followed her friend out into the hall, it was dimly lit but she could see clearly, she quickly grabbed hold of Tash's shoulder, Tash jumped "sorry you were just about to fall down the stairs in front of you"

"phew thanks, Ember is saying to go down the stairs, maybe you go first as your sight is a lot better than mine" Blue went ahead of Tash and she placed her hand on Blue's shoulder, "right let's go" Tash whispered.

They started to walk carefully down the stairs, Blue could see clearly in front of her, she could see the walls glistening, the stairs where steep and seemed to go on forever and ever, finally they came to the bottom, the room was dimly lit, but was a lot lighter than the actual stairs, ahead of them where cells about six of them, it smelt really bad, both girls held their noses.

"she's here in one of the cells" Ember spoke

"she's here Ember says in one of these cells" Tash and Blue looked at each other, Tash went ahead of Blue and she grabbed hold of Tash's arm "really Blue......you don't have to hold my arm so tight..."

"yes, I bloody doo, its scary down here, it reminds me of a bloody horror movie and the blonde one always gets pulled by her ankles into a corner to be devoured by some demonic animal..."

"oh my God Blue your imagination astounds me, and to be honest we ARE the demonic animals..." Tash turned and smiled at Blue.

"Speak for yourself I'm not demonic..." she chuckled, suddenly they both heard a shuffling of chains, it was coming from the end cell at the very back of the room.

"it had to be at the back didn't it, right in the darkest part of the bloody room" Blue gripped Tash's arm harder.

"jeez Blue let up k, my arms gone blue..." Blue loosened her grip just a little. "Blue see if you can see what's in there"

Blue looked inside the cell, she didn't see anything at first, then in the corner of the room she saw something shift "hhhheeelllloooo" she stuttered. "it's ok we won't hurt you, we are here to help you.... hello...please come forward...." Blue tried to coax the small figure out, but it wouldn't budge.

"oh, we are getting nowhere fast, look we need to go before Merida comes back..." Tash said in an autorotative tone, her temper was flaring up, but this caught the attention of the figure. The figure slowly stood up and came towards the front of the cell, Tash gasped as a hand came between the bars and grabbed hold of her. "WHAT THE...." Tash nearly screamed.

"calm down sister, my wolf has told me you are here to help me, my name is Emily I am the air elemental"
