Fluid uses the same arrows he used to get up the tower to get down it.
Fluid: You coming, Blondie?
Flo is preparing her hair to climb down with it. She looks down nervously.
Flo: 🎵Look at it all so close and I'm halfway to it. Look at it all so big... Do I even dare? Look at me, here at last, I just have to do it. Should I... *She turns away, but then turns back* No! Here I go.🎵
Coil gets on her shoulder and ties some hair around his waist and gives her a thumbs up, she giggles at him, then tosses her hair out and jumps, making Fluid duck to avoid her hitting him. Her hair catches her an inch above the ground. She gingerly places her feet on the ground.
Flo: 🎵 Just smell the grass, the dirt, just like I dreamed they'd be. *The wind blows her hair* Just feel that summer breeze, the way it's calling me. For, like, the first time ever, I'm completely free. *She eyes the entrance of the glen and starts running for it* I could go running, and racing, and dancing, and chasing, and leaping, and bounding, hair flying, heart pounding. And splashing and reeling and finally feeling, that's when my life begins!🎵
She looks around in wonder, it was the first time she had ever seen the world outside of the glen. She starts alternating between excitement and panic. While, she's happy to be out of her tower, she also fears what would happen if her 'mother' found out she left. Fluid uses this to try to convince her to go back, but she persists on seeing the lanterns. After being frightened by a rabbit, Fluid gets the idea to take her to a pub. Meanwhile, Frankie was sniffing the ground like a dog, searching for the raven haired thief. He hears someone coming and hides behind a rock and some bushes. When he jumps out, he only startles Cronella Critch.
Cronella: A palace horse. *Horrified realization* Where's your rider?
She takes off back to the tower, leaving the horse confused. She makes it back quickly and stands under the window.
Cronella: Flo, let down your hair! *No response* Flo?
She goes to the long since boarded up door on the other side of tower, out of site of anyone else, and claws her way in. She runs up the stairs and into Flo's empty room. She doesn't find her living magic flower in the dark room. She sees something sparkling under the stairs, when she looks, she finds the tiara and the satchel. She stares at the tiara in horror and pulls the wanted poster out of the satchel. She decides to go and get Flo back, getting a wicked looking dagger out of a drawer. Meanwhile, back with Fluid and Flo, they come to a pub called the Snuggly Duckling. Flo discovered that, dispite the adorable name, the pub was anything but adorable. There were tough looking men that recognized Fluid and tried to take Fluid in for the reward money. After getting their attention, she tells them about her dream to see the lanterns. When she asked them if they had any dreams too. To Fluid's surprise and annoyance, they tell her in song. Flo even gets in on it, singing that with every passing hour, she's glad she left her tower. Unknown to her and her new friends, Cronella happened to be peeking in the window as she sings this. When the guards come, one of the thugs who has a hook for a hand helps them get out through a hidden tunnel. Cronella threatens one of the very drunk patrons to find out where the tunnel ends up. The guards had brought the Diamond Dazzler and Terrible Twister with them. The two criminals get free while the stronger guards were going after Fluid. The two criminals went to find where the tunnel ends.
Fluid: Well, I gotta say. Didn't know you had it in you back there. That was pretty... Impressive.
Flo: *excited* I know! *Calming down and trying to be serious* I know... Sooo, Fluid, where are you from?
Fluid: Woah, woah, sorry Blondie. I don't do backstory. I am, however, interested in yours. Now, I... I know I'm not supposed to ask about the hair.
Flo: Nope.
Fluid: or the mother.
Flo: Uh, uh.
Fluid: And, frankly, I'm too scared to ask about the frog.
Flo: Chameleon.
Fluid: Nuance. Here's my question though, if you want to see the lanterns so badly, why haven't you gone before?
Flo: *as they exit the tunnel* Umm, hey, well... *She sees Diamond Dazzler and Terrible Twister below them* Who's that?
Fluid: They don't like me.
Flo: *the palace guards appear from the tunnel behind them* Who's that?
Fluid: They don't like me either.
Flo: *Frankenstein Jr appears behind the guards* Who's that?
Fluid: Let's just assume, for the moment, that everyone here doesn't like me.
