Fluid Man x Water Witch: Married Life

Fluid and Flo had been dating for years and their relationship was as strong as ever, they were even engaged. One day, Flo was on her way to practice when she hears a small voice coming from a nearby dumpster.

???: Mama.

Flo wordlessly lifts the lid and is surprised and horrified by what she sees.

Flo: *gasps in horror* oh...

What she sees is a baby, weak and so thin she could see it's ribs. She doesn't have to think about her decision, she gently scoops the abandoned baby up and cradles it gently.

Flo: Shh, it's ok, little baby.

She takes the baby to the hospital to get the damage checked out. Then called her friends and fiancee. At the hospital, they asked for the baby's name, the baby was a girl, Flo said the only name she could think of, Lily. She waited in the Waiting Room, worried sick about Lily, when Fluid surprise hugged her, worried that she was the one hurt. Lily makes a full recovery with Flo and Fluid's help, the couple adopted her without hesitation. After their marriage, when Lily is 3, Flo gets pregnant with her own child. Lily's excited to be a big sister. They learn that it's a girl, too, and decided to call her Janice, after Fluid's dead mother. Husband and wife took turns caring for Janice when she woke up crying in the middle of the night. One night, Fluey got up to care for the baby. When he sat down with her in his arms, he notices Lily peeking in the room, rubbing her eyes. With a warm smile, he coaxes her over and the 3 year old cuddles up to the man she's known as her father for 3 years. Fluid sings Janice to sleep with Flo's Special lullaby. When the baby's asleep, he notices the Lily's still awake.

Lily: Daddy, do you and mommy ever regret adopting me?

Fluid: *gently stroking her hair* Never for a second, Lils.

Lily: Daddy, will you please tell me a story?

Fluid: Sure, Lily. Once upon a time, there were three minstrels, they were really popular with the maidens they're age. One day, the met a beautiful princess and one of them fell in love with her.

By now, the sleepy toddler is already asleep. Flo approaches her husband from the doorway, where she had been listening to his story, she knew it was about them.

Flo: Please don't stop, I want to hear how it ends.

Fluid smiles as his wife takes a seat next to him and rested her head on his shoulder.

Fluid: Well, from then on the princess and the minstrel were inseperable. They got married and had two wonderful daughters together and the little family lived happily ever after.

Flo kisses his cheek lovingly.

Flo: I love you, Fluey.

Fluid: Love you too, Flo.
