Fluid and Multi were on their way to meet Coil for lunch when they heard singing from a nearby room
Flo: 🎵All my life I've wanted to have one day just for me. Nothing to do and for once nowhere I need to be. With no lessons, Lords, or lunches or to-do lists in the way. No one to to say when to eat or read or leave or stay! That will be the day!🎵
Wordlessly, the two Impossibles exchange looks and investigate. They find two girls their age rehearsing. One girl has medeum length blonde hair, oval glasses, freckles splayed across her cheeks, she's wearing a blue princess style dress and a fake silver tiara resting on her head. The other girl had brunette hair, she also has oval glasses, and she is wearing a simple but beautiful purple dress.
Skye: 🎵All my life I've wanted to have one day just for me. Not waking up with piles of work on every shelf! With no hems in need of pressing and no sleeves in disarray. No wedding gown with a thousand stitches to crochet! And no debt to pay!🎵
Fluid and Multi stay silent as they watch, they're completely lovestruck by the two girls. They recognize them as two of the three girl band, The Sirens. The two Sirens are moving around a set that's half palace half seamstress shop. The two Impossibles can't help but wonder where the third Siren is.
Skye: 🎵What would it be like to be...🎵
Flo: 🎵What would it be like to be free?🎵
Skye: 🎵free?🎵
Flo: 🎵Free to try crazy things.🎵
Skye: 🎵Free from endless I.O.Us.🎵
Flo: 🎵Free to fly.🎵
Skye: 🎵Free to sing.🎵
Flo: 🎵And free to marry who I choose. *She picks up a prop present* You would think I'm so lucky that I have so many things. I'm realizing that every present comes with strings.🎵
Fluid could swear he a flash of chains on her wrists and neck, they were there for a moment, then they were gone.
Skye: 🎵 Though I have so little, my determination's strong. People will gather around the world to hear my song.🎵
Flo: 🎵I fear I'll never be...🎵
Skye: 🎵Soon I will forever be...🎵
Both: 🎵free. *They move to their respective prop balconies* I close my eyes and feel myself fly a thousand miles away. I could take flight. But, would that be right? My conscience says stay!🎵
Flo: 🎵 I'll remain forever royal.🎵
Skye: 🎵 I'll repay my parent's debt.🎵
Both: *hugging themselves* 🎵Duty means doing things your heart may well regret!🎵
Flo: 🎵But, I'll never stop believing!🎵
Skye: 🎵She can never stop my schemes!🎵
Both: 🎵 There's more to living then gloves and gowns and thread and seams! In my dreams, I'll be free!🎵
The two Sirens go behind a screen and pull off their costumes, Flo places her fake tiara on the edge of the screen. They exit from behind the screens and notice the two Impossibles. Skye squeaks is fright and zips behind Flo, surprising the blonde.
Flo: Sorry, she's a little shy when it comes to singing. I'm Flo, this is my friend and band mate, Skye.
Fluid: *blushing like crazy* Nice to meet you, girls. I'm Fluid, this is my pal and band mate, Multi.
Multi: *entire face is red* Nice to meet you, girls.
Skye: *coming from behind Flo* Aren't you two of the Impossibles?
Multi: Yeah. And you two are two of the Sirens?
Flo: Yeah, Flexi is getting lunch.
Fluid: Coil is, too.
Flo: I guess we should join them.
Fluid: You mind if we walk with you?
Flo: *blushing* I don't mind.
Skye: Fine with me.
The two Impossibles and Sirens talk as they walk, Skye becomes more talkative the more she talks to Multi, he makes her feel comfortable. Fluid is cracking jokes at Flo, making her giggle. They find their friends, Flexi and Coil happily talking. It seems they were talking while waiting for their friends. Flexi's blushing at something Coil said. She sees her friends and waves them over.
Flexi: There you girls are. How was your rehearsal?
Flo: It went great. *She blushes as she shyly looks at Fluid* We made some new friends.
Skye: It seems like you did, too.
The Impossibles and The Sirens spend a lot of time together. The two bands are nearly inseperable. As bands and as heroes.
