Mr Turner had taken Timmy and his friends camping, he also invited Danny Fenton, his girlfriend (y/n), and his friends Tuck and Sam. They were telling scary stories by the campfire (really just Me Turner's phone with an image of a fire on it) when it was (y/n)'s turn.

Danny: Go on, (y/n). You read scary stories and urban legends all the time, you've got to have a good one.

(Y/n): *smirking* Well... I do have a good one. There was once a really really nice pony in a bright sunny land, where there were rainbows everyday, and lots and lots of happy friends, and-

She's interrupted by Sam and the younger boys screaming, while Danny and Tuck laugh their butts off when they realize what she was doing.

Sam: *lightly shoving her bestie* No fair using generation 3 My Little Pony!

Tuck: That was great.

Danny: Ok, (y/n). You had your fun, for real this time.

(Y/n): Sorry, I couldn't resist. Ok, for real this time. Long ago, in an ancient kingdom, there was a king who's wisdom was equaled by the love of his people.

Her friends and boyfriend know what story she's telling, it's one of her favorites. Timmy and his friends huddle close, listening intently, hanging on her every word.

(Y/n): The king had four sons, each gifted in their own way. The youngest was wise, the third was compassionate, the second was just, and the king's eldest son was strong. But, he mistook great strength for character.

(Y/n) had always had a flare for storytelling, she had a great storytelling voice. Everyone could picture what was happening in their mind's eye.

(Y/n): One dark autumn, the king grew ill. On his deathbed, he proclaimed the crown would not pass to the eldest, but that he would divide the rule. That the combined gifts of the brothers would make an even greater kingdom.

Some of the boys are holding on to each other as she continues. Tucker is clinging to Sam, who lets him just this once. Danny is holding (y/n)'s hand. The teens know it's fixing to get good.

(Y/n): But, the eldest son felt desgraced. Believing that he alone should be the sole heir, a seed of selfishness grew in him like a poison. To his brothers, he declared his claim, demanding their obedience, shattering the bond of their brotherhood.

At this, everyone flinches as the mentally see an axe cleaving a stone portrait, separating the oldest brother from the other three.

(Y/n): Words turned to war, brother fought brother, and the date of this great kingdom was forever changed. The prince commanded a powerful army, but the battle remained a bitter stalemate. Starving for a victory, the prince cursed his fate. He stalked the woods, coming to rest within an ancient ring of stones. A Will-o'-the-wisp appeared, drawing him, guiding him, to the edge of a dark loch. There lived a rare creature, a witch. He demanded that she create a spell that would change his fate. The strength of ten he desired, and he offered his signet ring to persuade her. The witch could see the wounded soul behind his bluster and so she made a him spell that offered him a choice, fulfill his dark wish or heal the family bonds he had broken.

Everyone wasn't moving, completely hypnotized by her story. The only movement anyone made was breathing, no one wanted to miss a single word.

(Y/n): Baiting his brothers with a false truce, the prince claimed his kingdom. To the brothers' protests, he stood before them and drank the spell. At that moment, the spell took effect, giving his strength tenfold. But, to his surprise, in the form of a great black bear. Still there was the spell breaker she had given him. If only he would choose to mend the bond torn by pride. *Her voice turns solemn* Instead, he accepted the shape of the monster and defeated his brothers. He returned to command his army, but they saw only the beast. They took arms against him. He slew a great many, the rest fled the kingdom in terror. With the armies of the brothers fractured, the kingdom feel in ruin, and the blight of the great Mordu, fell across his domain. Desiring power over the bonds of family, Mordu has wondered aimlessly. His soul, forever buried, inside the scarred and tormented shell.

Everyone blinks and rubs their eyes, they feel like they woke up from a long sleep. She cuddles with Danny the rest of the night, listening to everyone else tell their stories.
