Fluid Man was in court with other people for a Cybersquatting case. He was nervous and upset about it. He couldn't understand why someone would do that to him, he was a hero and a teen one at that. He was so upset he was curled up in a ball. Peanut noticed this and felt sorry for him. He suddenly remembers something. After getting the ok from Harvey, he walks over and gets Fluid Mans' attention.
Peanut: Come with me, kid. I think I know something that can make you feel better about this whole mess. With any luck, we'll catch her singing.
Fluid Man said nothing, but followed him anyways. As they walk, they hear a beautiful, haunting voice drifting down the hall.
Water Witch: 🎵Cold palace walls and endless empty halls. Haunted by the echoes of laughter. You gave a pull and suddenly they're full. You've thrown the gates open after you. They find the source as she finishes, Fluid Man is floored by what he sees. In front of him is a girl his age with an adorable little one year old turtle mutant girl snuggling in her lap, very much asleep. The young woman has medium length blonde hair, freckles splayed across her cheeks, blue lipstick, glasses under a pair of blue goggles, a blue shoulder less dress with a dark blue W on her chest, gloves with only the middle finger, white tights, and black heels.
Peanut: *noticing his lovesick trance* I'll leave you to it.
He takes off before the blonde notices them. She looks up and only sees Fluid Man.
Water Witch: Oh, hello there. I'm Water Witch, my friends call me Flo. And this little cutie is Kylietello, we call her Ky for short.
Fluid Man: *blushing like mad and trying not to melt* Oh... Um... I'm Fluid Man, my pals call me Fluey.
He sits down beside her and the two talk. He tells her why he's here and she voices her sympathy for his situation. After a few minutes of talking, Kylietello wakes up from her nap.
Kylietello: *yawning and rubbing her eyes* Wawa Mama, who that?
Water Witch: A new friend, Ky. This is Fluid Man.
Fluid Man: *smiling warmly at her* Nice to meet you, Kylietello.
Kylietello takes an instant liking to him, he likes to make them both laugh. By the time they leave, Kylietello is calling him Wawa Papa. Fluey works up the nerve to ask Water Witch out, she says yes without having to think about it.
