It was 1PM when the jet landed, all of us took the rental cars over to the police station.

Arriving in a half hour we got out of the cars and headed inside. We walked a few feet before eyes started to land on us.

"How may we help you guys?", an officer said walking up.

"Names Davis." Said another man that approached us, he was the sheriff. He shook our hands and told the officer it was okay.

He proceeded to show us to a room.

"I'll set up" Hotch nodded and started a conversation with the sheriff and the police. Saying what procedures we will be setting now that four kids are dead.

Digging through one of the files I pulled all of the victims photos and their crime scene photos together on the board.

Putting a map of Dallas for Reid so he could get started on the geographical profile.

I called Garcia, "Hey look up our victims and call their parents, get them in here. Also send me the address of the most recent victim." Closing the files I went up to Hotch.

"Already sent", she hung up the phone.

"What is it?", Hotch turned his attention to me, the officers walked away.

"Morgan and I are going to question Paul's parents." I more or less told him rather than asked.

Grabbing Morgan's hand before Hotch could respond. He stood there watching us walk away, "What was that?"
I furrowed my brows and jumped into the car, "What was what."

"Y/n you practically ran out of there. It hasn't even been an hour and you're already trying to rush the case."

I sighed, putting a hand on the back of my neck, "You're right... it just felt a little stuffy in there."

"You sure it has nothing to do with Hotch?" I snapped my head towards him and he kept his focus on the road ahead. I didn't answer and the silence was me saying yes although he knew that.

Morgan saw the way I was taking small steps to avoid him.

It was still awkward around him, I wasn't comfortable yet. We went up to the home of the victim, reporters were standing outside.

As we approached they went up to us asking questions, I mumbled under my breath and ignored them. The parents opened the door when they saw us, letting us inside.

"Mr and Mrs Vhaun, when was the last time you saw your son?"

"This morning he was walking the dog, he normally did... we taught him well. Always told him down the street then turn back, don't talk to strangers."

The mom started to well up and she hugged her husband. Morgan and I glanced at each other then back at them.

"Does he do that often? Walk the dog I mean."

"Every morning since we allowed him to do so.... about a month now." The unsub learned his routines and took him when given the opportunity.

He stalks his victims, ones that can't fight back. After another half hour of talking to them we learned that Paul didn't know the other victims.

That they visited a local park every Sunday, as a way of reconnecting with the family. Heading back to the station Reid was already covering the board.

"What did the medical examiner say?", Hotch asked Emily and Rossi.

"The punctures were made pre-mortem. The cause of death was different for all of them but the one thing they had in common was the wounds." Rossi started, taking a seat at the table.
