Shirou Tatsuo wants to speak
Shirou’s POV
Out of nowhere, the Principal asked us to organize a party for the French Exchange Students in under three days. The Prez, of course, didn’t decline and accepted. After hearing the Prez’s answer he left as fast as he came. I waited for a moment and peeked out the door several times to make sure that he was gone.
“What!? Only three days to prepare!?” I cried out after I double-checked that the Principal was gone for the fifth time, “I might actually have to put in all my effort for this.”
“You just confessed that you’re usually lazy... ” Chika mumbled loud enough for me to hear.
“There was no other option. If I declined then the French Exchange Students wouldn’t get a warm welcome to our school.” The Prez answered. Warm welcome my foot, I didn’t get much of a warm welcome when I applied, tested, and entered this school. I can still remember everyone’s reaction when they saw how tall I was. They said I was on drugs, steroids, it even came to a point when the police had to drug test me just to make sure. Then after that whole thing was over and I showed off my skills, I suddenly became one of the most popular boys at school.
“So, if we are truly going to plan a party in under three days, we better start planning now,” I stated.
“That’s a good idea. Wow, Tatsuo actually gave a good idea for once.” The Prez said in disbelief.
“Hey! That’s incredibly rude of you, Prez! Some of my ideas are actually super good, it’s just that this society ain’t actually brave enough to try them or they think it’s plain out absurd!”
“That’s cause they are, Shirou-kun,” Chika added.
“You’re one to talk! If my ideas are a ten out of ten in absurdness you would be a twenty-five!” I retorted.
“Hoek!? M-my ideas aren’t that absurd!!!” Before we could continue our heated argument, Kagua-san said, “Ok, that’s enough you two.” She then turned towards the Prez and asked, “Now President, shall we start?”
“Yes, we shall... ”Timeskip
When I was walking home from school I was as tired as heck. My whole body felt numb as I approached my home. My dormant writing hand was especially numb and I could only barely move it. I shuffled myself up the lawn and finally opened the door with the keys. Aisaka greeted me with a smile on her face, “Oh, welcome back, Onii-chan! Though you are a bit late today.” No matter how early I pack up from the council, she’s always home before me! Well, today’s an exception but even when I just skip the council she’s still home before me!
“Forget about me being late, aren’t you always home too quickly! What kind of paperwork do y’all even get if you’re always home before I am!?” Aisaka averted her eyes and sweat started to pour down her face.
“You’re sweating, Aisaka. That’s extremely sus. So, would you mind telling me why you’re always home so quickly despite being the president of your school’s Student Council?”
“Anyways, Onii-chan why are you late this time?”
“Don’t try to change the subject so obviously! It’s like you’re trying to act all suspicious... “
“Well, to tell the truth… I’ve been doing a bunch of the council work at home because I want it when you’re home, you get to see your cute, little, imōto and almost immediately have dinner.”
“So, you’ve been skipping your council meetings just because of that?”
“I haven’t been skipping! I come there, tell ‘em what the work was for that day, hang around for a bit then leave but you’re not the one to talk about my relations like that when you’ve somewhat been skipping them also!”
“Nani!?”
“For example, when was the last time you hung out with a friend or been on a date with Hayasaka-chan?!” I stood in silence as she accused me of being a hypocrite.
“Even I hang out with friends from time to time, so why aren’t you Nii-chan?”
“Well, other than the other council members and Hayasaka, I… don’t really have any friends I guess.” A clear expression of shock was displayed on Aisaka’s face as she heard me say it.
“Onii-chan… you’re a loner!?!?”
“I-I’m not a ‘loner’ so to speak! I’m friends with Moeha too ya know!” Also, all of em just want to be popular.
“Yes you are but, you’re mostly only friends with her because I am. But, Onii-chan’s so extroverted, how do you not have any friends.”
“Well… most of the boys only want to become friends with me so they can get as popular as me and the girls… just want to date me which kinda made me put up an anti-everyone barrier.”
“Huh? They just want to take my Nii-chan and use him as a tool!? Who is it, I’ll make them pay with their lives!?”
“C-calm down, Aisaka! Anyways, the reason I was late today was that the principal made us organize a party for the French Exchange Students and the party has to be held in three days.”
“Then I guess you have a rather good excuse to come later than usual today. I’ll be supporting you all the way, Nii!” Aisaka smiled, “Also before you go into your room, can you speak French?”
“I can speak the bare minimum, why?”
“No reason.” Aisaka had a devilish smile on her face. What’s that girl planning?
