Ai Hayasaka wants to make a move (part one)

[Authors note: Hayasaka's operation failed in the last chapter because Tatsuo moved rooms. Also I'm buffing Hayasaka's oppai to 1.1x Chika's oppai.]

Tatsuo's POV

Lately, Hayasaka has been avoiding me. Knowing her, she found out I went to karaoke with just girls. Karaoke rooms are known for people doing lewd actions after all so I can't blame her. But, she'll despise me! This is the whole reason why I didn't want to go in the first place!! It's that or she's just being shy because she likes me. It's most likely the first one knowing her. I mean, I don't have any defining features other than my height.

People just like me because I'm good at putting a ball through a hoop or preventing the ball from going into a hoop. Anyone could do that if they tried hard enough. I'm just a nice guy. Girls see nice guys as just friends not a possible romantic partner. Not to even talk about Hayasaka, she probably sees me as a rival. There is no way in a thousand years she could actually find me attractive and I'm supposed to find a way to make her confess to me.

The only person that may even have an idea of how to do it is Kaguya and Hayasaka's friends. I can't do Hayasaka's friends because they'll probably spill the beans. Kaguya is the only person I can actually trust... kinda. She may be rooting for Hayasaka to win so then she wouldn't help me. Or she might tell me something that's false just to make a fool out of me. There's so many possibilities that that girl could do to me.

Actually, Chika-san could help me. She does call herself 'Love Detective Chika.' Then again, she is silly at everything she does except music and fine arts. I'm against the wall here. I should just wait for Hayasaka out and see what she does. That should be my plan. Neutral Jing. Just wait for Hayasaka out and go on with my daily life like normal.

"Hello, Tatsuo-kun." Kaguya said from behind me.

"Oh, hey, Kaguya-sama." I answered.

"You looked like you were thinking about something important. Do you want to discuss it inside the Student Council chamber?" She proposed. Wow, the universe really doesn't want me to give up on Hayasaka. It's like this is a fan fiction or something but that's impossible. I'm real, not just some words on the internet.

"Yeah, it 'bout Hayasaka."

"If it's about her then we really need to talk about this in the Council Chamber." She said. Thank you universe! I'm going to burn a croissant in thanks to you. I'll make sure I don't waste this opportunity.

Time skip (inside the Student Council Chamber.)

"I see. You think she's angry at you." Kaguya said processing the information.

"Yeah, I thought that if anyone could help, it's you."

"Well, to tell you one thing it's that Hayasaka is probably not angry at you. She's probably planning her next move in order to take you back."

"Take me back? I don't belong to anyone."

"Not in Hayasaka's eyes."

"If that is true, why is she avoiding me?" I asked her.

"It's probably because when she sees you, her emotions take over. That would ruin whatever she's planning. You should give her a day or two for her to reveal her plan and herself."

"Thanks Kaguya-san! I knew I could count on you. I almost resorted to Chika's help."

"It's nothing, I just don't want you two estranged from each other."

"Thanks again!" I walked out of the Student Council room only to see Hayasaka go around a corner. I know Kaguya-sama told me to give her a day but, what if she wants me to follow her? I power walked over to where Hayasaka was formally. Hayasaka was waiting for me for me to come around the corner. Our eyes met each other. Hayasaka's face said she wanted to talk outside so we walked outside. Together at last.
