Tatsuo's POV
Another peaceful day in the Student Council Room but... Shinomiya-san has a scornful expression whenever our eyes meet. What did I do this time? I don't think I did anything to deserve this. In fact I didn't do anything to make her mad today. It's probably because I outsmarted her yesterday but still! I hate it when I'm on bad terms with someone.
"Tatsuo-kun, could we talk outside?" Shinomiya-san asked me. This doesn't seem like a request. This is a life or death matter not some childish game. I choose death.
"Can't I finish this paperwork first?" I asked.
"If you don't come now you'll have a lot more things to worry about than mere 'paperwork'." She whispered into my ear.
"I'll go!" When we were outside I asked, "What's this about?"
"I need to know your relationship with Hayasaka." Oh... this again. CHIKA-SAN HELP ME!!!
"It's...confusing. I don't even know how to explain it." That was a complete lie. I have no intention to tell you anything.
"You better know how to explain it or you'll be trying to explain your death." ThAt DoEsN't EvEn MaKe SeNsE!?
"Well, the first time I met Hayasaka was ten years ago. I used to be so different than I am now back than. I met Hayasaka ten years ago when I first came to Japan. I was just trying ta make a name for myself. I can't exactly remember how I met her but, you could call us rivals." That was another lie.
"So your nothing but mere rivals?"
"Nothing more nothing less." That was another lie.
"I think it's more than being simple rivals. Hayasaka won't be hesitant to say that she has a rival." Oh great, oh perfect, she already asked Hayasaka before she asked me today. I think I'm gonna have to tell her. But, before I could answer Chika-san came outta nowhere. Chika-san does answer when you call on her.
"Kaguya-san, Tatsuo-kun, you've been outside for quite some time. You wouldn't mind if I joined in on the fun!" So just like that Kaguya's interrogation was cracked down. When Kaguya left I told Chika-san: "Chika-san, I'll treat you to ramen today."
"YAY! Ramen!"
