While her eyes remained glued to the agents as they got closer to the cabin, y/n sighed to herself, trying to map out a plan in her head.

"There are five of them, they must be from the village." Y/n noticed, "they tracked the bike to get here."

"What weapons do they have?" Wanda asked, pacing up and down the hallway.

"The same guns from the other day. I assume they didn't go back and reload, so they shouldn't have a lot of ammunition left." Y/n explained, "so they won't be able to just shoot through the walls and hope they hit something."

"That's..." Wanda though, "reassuring."

While cracking her knuckles, y/n began pacing around the room with wanda, hoping a fully thought out plan would happen to pop into her head. However, wanda didn't need a plan. She cleared her throat briefly and headed straight for the door, her hand reaching for its handle the second she made it there. The moment wanda placed her hand on the handle of the door, y/n jolted forward, gently taking her hold off of it by taking ahold of her wrist.

"Don't go out there, wanda." She told her, wanda's wrist still in her hand, "let me fight them."

"I can kill them in minutes-." She explained.

"No, they're bound to be on coms, if they tell hayward where your house is- or even mention that you're here, there'll be a fleet of agents at this door by tomorrow." Y/n told her.

"So, what, I'm just supposed to at back and watch you get your ass kicked?" She sarcastically asked, taking her wrist from y/n's grip to cross her arms.

"Wha- no, I'm not gonna get my ass kick-." She sighed, "okay, we don't have time for this. Just, please, go and hide in your room. I will fight them, and I will beat them." In response, wanda sighed in disagreement, which discouraged y/n, "Wanda, please, just... stop holding me back. I know you're like- a really powerful witch, but this is sword. Just let me take them on."

She bit back the urge to argue, "if I hear you getting hurt, I'm coming straight out here and killing all the agents."

"Deal." Y/n nodded without consideration.

Soon, the two were able to hear the sound of communication between the guards as they approached the house. Two of them stayed out front, two of them fanned out to the sides, while the other one checked out the back. They were in a classical formation for trying to lure someone out of their hideout - but y/n wasn't going to let them get to that point.

With hesitation, wanda did do what y/n said and returned to her room, pushing the door closed and sitting with her back pressed against it. When y/n was alone in the living room, she inhaled in preparation and opened the front door as quietly as she could.

Surprisingly, neither of the two guards stationed at the front heard the sound of the door clicking open, so she crept to the side to stand on the porch as their backs faced her.

Then, with a quiet exhale, she leapt over the barrier on the porch and landed onto the grass, which caught the attention of the two agents by the front, of course.

Without wasting anytime at all, the agent closest to her raised his gun, his target landing directly on her. However, once again, before the bullet could be released, she grabbed the end of the gun and forced it up into the air.

The agents arms went with it and gave a clear entrance for y/n to strike him with a hit in the stomach, which knocked his down slightly. At this point, the second agent attempted to come close and attack her, but she kicked him back, her hand still on the end of the first guards gun.
