Loki groaned and squirmed under me, "Alright get off."

I laughed wholeheartedly and slid off, I could see his glare from the corner of my eye. He slowly rose to sit upright and crisscrossed like me.

"Go again?" He asked, obviously looking for another chance at victory.

"Maybe, but first let's talk for awhile."

    "Alright, you get five questions."

"Same for you. Do you know what they did to my dinotector?"

    "Dino-what now?"

"Dinotector," I tapped the device on my wrist," I use it to help summon Majung into his fighting stance."

Loki nodded, "Stark disassembled the whole thing to try and figure out how it worked and put it back together."

He seemed disinterested. "Did Stark disable anything, like the communications? Or better, did any calls or messages come up on the screen?"

"No, I believe that Stark said the communications seemed to be on the fritz even before he touched it."

'Ugh, great.' Frowning deeply, I tried to open up communications again. This time I was met with audible static.

Loki leaned in closer to my face, "Alright, my turn. Where do your powers come from? And remember, god of mischief and lies."

"Black Cosmo Stone, one of the cosmo stones that I was talking about back on the big flying thing. I don't really remember when it became part of me but I know it hasn't always been there. Either way, it's in me now and we're connected, my voice grows softer, "permanently."

    "You don't want that power?"

A small chuckle gathers in my throat, "No, not at all. It's a reminder of the things that I've lost and the things that I've endured. Besides, I'm gonna have to go into hiding with it and that means leaving behind my friends permanently."

"You don't have any family then?"

"No, they died a year ago. You?"

"I have my brother and my father both of which I'm sure hate me. My mother and I were the closest but she died a few years ago."

"I'm sorry. Losing parents, there's no word for the hole it leaves in you. And having a family that doesn't seem to love you, I can't speak on that. But, there's one thing I do know. Family should love you and accept you for who you are." While we spoke the walls of the mini area started to fall, revealing the other Avengers looking tired.

"Did you two do anything that entire time?" Stark demanded.

Loki opened his mouth to answer but I beat him, "Oh yeah, I beat him."
