Chapter 53: Why is there a rock in it???

I was roughly tossed into a cell and I checked from my Dinotector and bracer as a light blue helix film covered the cell's opening.

"Not again." Sinking into the ground, I gripped my knees to help myself focus. I need a plan to get out of here and deal with the fact that I don't think I'm even in the same universe.

Eventually I figure that it might be best to try my powers. I started small, summoning a small marble sized ball of black energy. Gradually, I increased the size and when it became the size of a bowling ball. I threw it at the door and with a loud fzzt noise, the door dissipated.

"Oh thank Majungasaurus," I muttered in relief before I started booking it. The guards at the door locked eyes with my and I quickly summoned a long sword, slashing at the guards weapons.

"Stand down!" One of them barked right before I sliced his gun in two. I gave one of them a rough punch to the face. Which sent him into a wall and into unconsciousness. I turned to the other one.

"You got two minutes to tell me where they put the devices I had." I growled, my eyes flashed dangerously.

"The lab, they're analyzing them." I muttered a curse at this and left. The next guard I encountered was nice enough to let me in on where the lab was. I made my way there fast, barging through the door. I stood there and looked at the five men and one woman standing there. The woman and two of the men were wearing spandex for some reason, I didn't really care to judge. Another was wearing some kind of armor like a knight with the longest hair I've ever seen on a man. The final two men were wearing regular clothes.

I took a deep breath, "Can I have my stuff back? Preferably in the condition it was taken from me."

There was silence before one of the men in regular clothes started talking. He had brown spiky hair with a goatee. His chest was emitting a strange light.

"Hmm, no can do. See, I'm not finished playing with it and I don't know if you should have this toy."

I rubbed my eyes in frustration, "Alright I tried the nice way. Listen, if you don't give it to me. Imma make a kebab out of your face." I waved my sword around for extra emphasis.

"And what makes you think you can do that?" A smooth voice asked behind me, I felt the coolness of a blade on my throat.

"Great. Hey, Black Cosmo Stone, got any ideas?" I knew it probably wouldn't answer and it didn't. So I came up with a new and better plan.

"So" I drew out the 'so', "What's your plans and or demands from here?"

"Show us." The man with the goatee said.

"What?"

"Show us how to use your devices and what they do."

I let out a hearty laugh and the blade inches closer to my skin, "You're saying you can figure it out? Wow, that's a barrel of laughs. Maybe you should leave it to the professionals." I heard a small chuckle from behind me. I gather the guy behind me found it funny.

"I know how the technology works. But I can't for the life of me figure out why anyone would put a rock in there. Or what purpose it has. So if you show us, we'll consider letting you go."

I hummed a little, "I could show you, if you get this ass behind me to get rid of the knife."

"No, my deal or no deal and you go right back into that cell."

I try to still my shudders but fail, "Fine, give it here." The dinotector and Majung's card were passed over to me. I gripped them lightly and took a deep breath. I had to get Majung into his chibi form so that he could cause a diversion. Hopefully he would get the cue from the situation. I slashed the card and Majung in his chibi form appeared looking slightly peeved.

I gave him my best 'help I have a dire problem' smile and Majung immediately sprang into action. He started biting and terrorising the people in the lab, which gave me an opening to jab my captor in his stomach. He reeled back letting go of the knife and I grabbed my dino bracer before signaling to majung to come with me.
