London's dreary, even for a moment like this. The constant clouds and light drizzle that never fully ends. It makes me wonder if everyone in London has skin with a slightly gray tone to it. Seems like the weather would do that to a person, seems like a lot of things would do that to a person.

I watched Loki buy some chrysanthemums, they are the only things that don't seem gray in this city. Perhaps, they know their purpose. They know that they will bring happiness beyond the grave. I wish I had brought more flowers to my parent's graves. WE walked away from the flower stand where the little old lady, gray with age and glum. At one point she had brought chrysanthemums. We walked together as the rain dripped quietly down the umbrella and onto the cold cut stones in the path. The plastic around the chrysanthemums crinkled lightly as Loki bit back a sob.

"It's okay. It's okay to cry and to feel sad." I wrapped an arm around his shoulder and pulled him into a side hug. We walked like that for a while as the stone path turned into grass that bent at our footsteps. Headstones of different shapes and sizes surrounded us. Eventually, Loki comes to a stop and turns to me.

"Can you wait here? I want to do this part alone." I nod and hand him the umbrella and watch as he walks towards a headstone. It's small compared to the others but he leans down and lays the flowers meticulously.

"What are you two doing here?" The either stressed or very tired voice of Natasha asks from behind me.

"I take it training went well." I know she's gonna notice that I'm not answering her question but honestly I could care less.

"It went fine, we even beat the Abomination while you two were out here. Also our powers got switched back. Now answer my question."

"He wanted to come here and he doesn't owe anyone an explanation for why. Please leave before he sees you. He didn't want anyone to see this other than me." Water dripped down my face slowly. Wordlessly, Natasha leaves and though I doubt that she will be dropping this topic. At least she had the decency to leave.

Loki stands up after a while and walks towards me, holding out the umbrella for me to walk under.

"Back to the Avengejet?"

"Sure."
