I don't get on here very often anymore but I've recently had inspiration to start writing again. I've gotten back on this app and read through some of my old works and comments. Something that has been brought to my attention is the age difference in these books. Aaliyah is 14, a minor, in the beginning and I believe I stated Niall is in his 20s. Although nothing happens until Aaliyah is 18 this is not okay. I wrote this series when I was 11-13 before I learned fully what an age difference means and how it matters. I don't use this as an excuse as I should have never made this a thing as this puts Aaliyah and Niall in a grooming relationship. I'm very sorry for my actions and writing this relationship and I hope you all know I do not believe it is okay. I will be leaving the book up and the same since it's been so long since it was written but please know this relationship is not okay and if you find yourself in a similar situation, please tell an adult or authorities. Do not let my writing make you believe this is okay.

That being said, I mentioned before I was thinking about rewriting this series in a non fan fiction genre. I will be picking this idea up very soon but there will be major changes to make it more appropriate. More will be announced about this soon.
