A/N THERE IS A VERY INTENSE SCENE IN THIS CHAPTER. I WILL TELL YOU WHEN IT STARTS IF YOURE NOT INTO THAT KINDA STUFF.

Lisa POV

"What was that all about?" I asked and he looked at me with anger and hurt in his eyes.

"Er," he began and scratched the back of his neck before continuing, "your paycheck was delayed?"

"What?" I asked. Did he just say what I think he said?

That phone call was about the contract. He knows it's still going on.

Shit, shit, shit. I should've told him earlier, when I had the chance.

"Your paycheck. It was delayed. They didn't have your new address, so they were wondering if they could send to here. But, if I remember correctly, you told me that the contract was ended over three months ago," he said and I stood up. I could tell he was both upset and furious.

"Well, I thought it would've been," I said quietly and he sighed as he pinched the bridge of his nose.

"Yeah, but that was three months ago. Three fucking months! You had that much time to tell me, but you didn't? That makes me feel like you really are just with me for the money," he yelled and I flinched.

Well, all that anger I was trying to avoid? Looks like it's coming at me, anyways.

"No, Louis. That's not it at all. Do you really think that?" I asked and he looked at me for a long time with a cold, hard stare.

"Well, obviously, if you loved me for me, you would've at least told me that there was nothing you could do instead of keeping it away from me in a fucking secret! How do you think that makes me feel? It makes me feel like complete and utter shit," he yelled. He was yelling so much, it literally scared me.

"Louis, you can't be serious. I really do love you, and I tried so hard to get out of this contract! I was in Catherine's office for hours trying to convince her to end it! Do you think that if I didn't care, I wouldn't have gone the trough this trouble?" I asked and he stayed silent.

"I love you," I said.

"Bullshit," he responded and I felt the tears well up in my eyes.

"I really do. I swear. More than anything. You're the main thing that's been keeping me stable for the past ten months! I really, really do love you. I swear I'm not just with you for the money! You can take the money, for all I care!" I yelled back.

He had every right to be mad at me. I was the one who messed up. I should just let him yell at me, he needs to get all of this out.

"Lisa, I love you, I really do. But I'm not the one getting paid extra money to be with you. I've stayed with you because I want to, not because it's my job." he said calmly before chuckling dryly.

"That's all it is to you. It's your job. Of course, you wouldn't want it to end. You're living the dream! Dating a member of a world famous band while getting paid 5 grand a month. And, parties and wardrobe and vacations are all a part of it. I've been falling for a fake! A fucking fake!" Louis yelled and I felt the tears fall.

"No, stop-"

"Why should I stop? After all, I'm not the gold digger," he said and all my assumptions were right.

I am a gold digger.

"All the things people are saying on Twitter are right! You're just with me for the money!" he yelled and I took a step back.

"People are saying that?" I asked, mainly to myself, but Louis heard it.

"Yes, they are. And at first, I knew they were lying. I though that you were really in this because you loved me, but I guess you really just loved the money," he said and I put my head in my hands.
