Lisa POV
"Hello! Thank you for coming here on such short notice," Harry said to the brown haired, blue eyed girl who looked as if she was my age.
Harry thought it was a good idea for me to get a therapist before the voices in my head got worse.
"It's okay. I didn't really have anything scheduled for today," she responded sweetly. I sat on the couch and could easily hear and see everything that was happening.
"Well, Lisa is right over there in the living room. What was your name, again?" Harry asked sweetly and I sighed.
"Emily," she responded and came in before sitting next to me. She didn't have papers or a briefcase or anything, so it made me feel a bit calmer. She was just another girl on her twenties trying to make a living.
"Lisa, I'm going to go pick up your car from the repair place. I can stop by a grocery and get lunch for you, if you want," Harry said and I shook my head.
"I don't want any food. But thanks for the offer and my car," I said quietly and Harry looked at me with an unreadable expression in his eyes before walking out the front door and closing it behind him.
"So, how are you?" Emily asked and I shrugged. I didn't really feel like talking to her, considering the fact that I'll barely even talk to Harry and all both of them are trying to do is help me.
"Do you want to explain to me why I'm here?" Emily wondered and I looked at her and shrugged again. I didn't really feel like I could trust her yet.
"Here. How about we start with some girl talk?" she tried and I nodded, but still didn't say anything.
"Did you hear about Taylor Swift being here, in Manchester?" she asked with excitement.
"You like Taylor Swift?" I asked and she nodded, with a look of success on her face. She got me to talk.
Dammit.
"Yes. Don't you?" she asked and I nodded.
"Do you maybe want to go out for a little bit? Take a walk and get some fresh air?" Emily suggested and I shrugged and stood up.
"Can I invite a friend?" I asked and Emily nodded eagerly.
"Of course. Whatever you want," she replied and I picked up my phone before scrolling through my contacts and having my finger hover above a contact that I haven't pushed since my birthday seven months ago.
Taylor.
I pressed it anyways, hoping that maybe she wouldn't be too busy right now and maybe she could come and join us for our little outing.
After the fifth ring, a familiar voice that brought me happiness each time I heard it filled my left ear.
"Hello?"
"Hi," I responded quietly before I heard a gasp on the other line.
"Lisa? Oh my god, we haven't talked in forever. How are you?" Taylor asked eagerly and I wanted to smile so badly.
Don't smile. You have no reasoning to, since Louis was your general source of it.
"I've been better," I replied honestly before continuing. "I was wondering how busy you were at the moment?"
"Not busy at all. I'm literally just sitting in a hotel room watching reruns of Grey's Anatomy on my television. Did you want to hang out? Grab some coffee, or something?" Taylor asked.
"Yeah, I really need it right now. Meet at my place as soon as your ready?" I asked.
"Yes, of course. Just text me your address and I'll be there in ten," she responded before hanging up.
