Unexpected Love

Chapter 30[x]

Lisa POV

Louis said he really loves me, but I don't know if he was lying or not.

I mean, earlier this morning, I did tell him I love him, too. And I'm pretty sure I do.

My thoughts were interrupted by my mouth opening wide and a yawn escaping.

"Are you tired, love?" Louis asked from next to me.

"A little bit, I mean it is four in the morning," I said and he lead me back to my bed.

"Get some rest, we have a big day planned," he said but I didn't lay down.

"But, Lou, we kind of have a guest. Taylor Swift is right in that bathroom," I said and then realization hit me.

Taylor Swift is in my bathroom.

She's in my bathroom.

"Oh my, wow. Is this really happening?" I asked myself and began pinching my arm.

"Lisa, what are you doing?" Louis asked from next to me.

"Making sure this is real life. I mean, my idol is inside my bathroom, in my dorm room, on my birthday," I said as she came out.

"So, what next?" she asked and I broke down into sobs, out of nowhere.

Like completely broke down, on the floor and everything.

"Was it something I said?" I heard Taylor ask quietly.

"More like everything you've done all morning," Louis responded and I heard a gasp.

"Really? Oh, now I feel horri-"

"No, she's crying tears of joy. You're kind of her idol and role-model, and she just realized that you're here for her birthday," Louis explained and she squatted down next to me.

"Lisa, I'm happy to be here. How about for today, we pretend that I'm just a normal girl here to celebrate my normal friend's normal birthday on a normal day," she said and I laughed.

"Thank you, that's sweet of you," I said and she pulled me up.

Her phone made a 'ding' sound, indicating she got a text, and when she looked down she slowly started talking.

"Uh, you know. I should probably go and help everyone with, you know, getting ready," she said and I nodded.

"Okay, Louis will stay with me," I looked over at him and he smiled.

"Yeah, we'll be fine," he said and grabbed my hand.

"Okay. Well, see you both later," Taylor said and hugged us both before leaving.

"Okay, she's gone. You can sleep now," Louis said.

"I don't know if I'll be able to. Considering they need her help, too, meaning everyone except you and me, probably means today is going to be huge, and I don't know whether I should be excited or scared," I said and Louis chuckled.

"Maybe you should be a little bit of both, but you seriously need the rest. I don't want you to fall asleep during the day," he said.

"Then you're sleeping, too. You got up before I did, I actually don't even know if you got any sleep, and I don't want you to fall asleep today either," I said and he laid down before pulling me down with him.

"Okay," he said and wrapped his arms around my waist and I turned around to face him.

"Today has already been amazing, and it's barely even begun. Thank you," I said and he placed a small kiss on my temple.
