Lisa POV

"Eleanor?" I hear Louis say weakly from across the room. I instantly look towards him, wondering why she was here, considering all the damage she's done to both me and Louis.

"Hey, Louis," Eleanor said and walked in. Louis muttered something under his breath, but I couldn't quite understand what he said.

"Eleanor!" Lottie yelled in excitement, before jumping up and running towards the gorgeous brunette and engulfing her in a hug.

"Lottie! I missed you lots," she exclaimed and hugged her back.

"Why are you here, El?" Louis asked and I looked around, noticing that everyone had their full attention to what was happening.

"I thought we could talk. I was on my way to my parents house when I saw your car parked out front, so I had hope you'd be here," she said and I felt my heart beat in my chest.

Don't get me wrong, I have no doubt in my mind about Louis loving me, but he was in love with Eleanor, and he probably still is. Even after four and a half months.

"We have nothing to talk about," Louis said and I sighed quietly in relief.

"But we do. I made the biggest mistake of my life when I hurt you. And we could be happy together, forever," she said after letting go of Lottie, who ventured her way back to the couch she was sitting on with Fizzy.

"Except for the fact that I'm in a happy and committed relationship," Louis said and took my hand. I felt my cheeks redden as a smile made its way to my face.

"Come on, Louis. We both know that everyone was happier when we were together. You, Lottie, and your entire family. Admit it, before she came along, everything was better," Eleanor said and it felt like a slap to the face. When she saw the look on my face, she knew she won.

"Whatever, coming here was obviously a waste of my time. Just like how she is to your entire family," Eleanor spat and just walked out. When I looked up at Louis, he looked beyond confused as to what just happened. Eleanor's words kept replaying in my mind.

Just face it, Lisa. His family was happier, and he was happier when Eleanor was in the picture, my subconscious tells me.

I looked around the room at everyone's faces before shaking my head.

"I'm so sorry," I whispered before letting go of Louis's hand and running upstairs, heading right into the bathroom and closing the door behind me.

I sat on the edge of the bathtub and put my head in my hands. I sighed and tried to organize my thoughts.

Louis is probably still in love with Eleanor.

My parents lied about their death.

The threatening texts haven't stopped.

Louis is probably still in love with Eleanor.

Louis is leaving on tour in five days.

Louis is probably still in love with Eleanor.

My subconscious continued to repeat all the negative things happening in my life right now. The one in trying to doubt the most stands out over all the others.

Louis is probably still in love with Eleanor.
I mean, I wouldn't blame him if he was. His parents love her, Lottie loves her, he loves her.

"Stop," I whispered to myself before I heard the door open. I didn't look up, but I didn't have to to know who came in.

I heard the door close before I felt someone in front of me. I looked up and saw Louis on his knees, facing me.
