Lisa POV

"I wish you came to Los Angeles with us. Poor Liam tagged along with Niall and Beth the whole time, and it would've been so much more fun with you there," I told Aryanna through the speaker on my phone. I was currently sat on my couch with Chansley on my lap as I watched more episodes of The Office. I turned on an episode I had watched with Louis from a couple weeks ago at the hotel so I could listen to Aryanna without worrying about missing anything important.

"I know. It looked like a blast. How was Disneyland?" she asked and I felt the biggest smile creep onto my face.

"You know, I finally understand why they call it the happiest place on earth. We went on every single ride, met a bunch of characters, and we even watched the High School Musical play thing they had going on!"

"That's still there? Didn't the last movie come out like seven years ago?"

"Maybe, but there's nothing wrong with a little reminiscing."

"Anyway, you're going to the dinner tonight, right?" Aryanna asked and I sighed.

"I don't really have a choice, but yes. Yes, I am."

Tonight, the boys were having a celebratory dinner for ending their tour successfully and on all their VMA's they won. They also decided to announce their new album tonight, which is very exciting for all the fans who will find out.

"I am, too. Liam invited me," Aryanna said quietly, but not quiet enough for me not to hear.

"Oh my god, are you serious?" I squealed, causing Chansley to shoot his head up. He soon realized that nothing important was going on so he put his head back down and curled into my side.

"He's totally going to ask you to be his girlfriend. I can just feel it in my gut," I said and put my dog next to me before standing up and walking to the kitchen. I had promised Louis I would begin eating regularly again, and I honestly intended on keeping that promise. So, I pulled out a container of snap peas and sat on the bar in my kitchen.

"I don't think he is. I mean, I kind of totally friend-zoned him."

"Babe, I've spent a lot of time with both you and Liam and I can tell that you love each other. That force is honestly unbreakable. It was also unexpected. Kind of like an unexpected love," I stated and I heard her sigh.

"Okay, I'm not going to argue anymore. I need to take a shower before Lou gets here, so I'll talk to you later. I love you," Aryanna said and I smiled.

"I love you, too. I'll see you later."

I took a deep breath in the mirror before smoothing out my dress. It was simply black and was completely lace. It was just a little bit baggy on me, but nothing too noticeable, thankfully.

My phone lit up with a text and I instantly picked it up, knowing it was from Louis already.

I'm waiting in the lobby of your apartment complex. Come down whenever you're ready.

I quickly grabbed my purse before putting my phone in it, locking my door, and walking down the stairs to the lobby. I saw Louis standing there with his back to me. I smiled to myself and walked up to him.

"Hey," I said, startling him a bit.

"Hey," he replied. He looked me from head to toe before meeting my eyes again.

"You look beautiful."

I felt my cheeks heat up as I looked down at my feet.

"Thanks," I responded quietly. Louis grabbed my hand and we started outside. There were a few fans, and we gladly took pictures with all of them. We got into Louis' car and began towards the restaurant.
