After that fight. I went to a bus station away from the warehouse, as I believed, there was missing notices with my picture by the door, good thing I packed my hoodie, I hid behind a tree and pulled the hoodie over my head, the little hat covering some parts of my face, as I walked to the counter some people looked my way, guess I did look a bit suspicious, I shrugged them off and asked for the first ticket for the next bus ... to my surprise the lady said "going away for good Brian?" surprised, I looked up to see her , she had slight tanned skin, but her eyes were... different, they were... black as the night for a moment before turning to a brown and hazel mix, somehow I felt safe around her, I nodded slowly to answer her question "well you should talk to someone first don't you think" she said giving me the ticket and walking away, I stood there looking at the ticket .... the bus was going to New York... guess it was better than staying here, I made my way to the waiting room, I could hear how the lady that gave me the ticket was talking to someone else ... she was saying that I wasn't the boy from the picture... 'why would she care?... why help me?... how did she know my name?... guess she just saw me on the picture... but how would her eyes change color?... ' ,these were the thoughts I had before turning to see the TV and seeing... my mom asking for help finding me... my heart felt like it broke in a million pieces, I was on the verge of tears, but I couldn't cry... I kept saying to myself 'you did this to keep her safe'.

That bus took five minutes to get here, I was the first one in, I hurried to the only back seat in it, once there, I took out my phone and called my mom, she answerd crying "B-Brian i-is that you?" she asked shakily "yeah mom... sorry for not calling sooner ...i was busy" I answered trying to not burst into tears, "i'm just glad your're safe" she said making me start to tear up "y-yeah but I won't go back...just yet, don't worry about me...I love you ...I promise I'll be home some day...goodbye" I managed with a knot in my neck "yeah stay safe I'll call off the search saying you went to your uncles' , I love you", and with that she hung up... I instantly cried and kept crying until I made myself sleep from all the tears.

When I woke up the bus had stopped and everyone was getting out, I did the same holding onto my stuff , which wasn't much. once I was out, I noticed that the front of the bus was smoking, apparently the engine was breaking down and we would be stuck here for a few hours, I walked around the side of the road out of boredom, until I saw this little girl near some trees, running from what seemed a bear. My eyes widened as I started to tell everyone that was on the bus, but they wouldn't listen ,they would look away or say there is no town near, that is impossible. Yet I knew what I saw, I growled at everyone and ran to where I saw the girl and kept running.

After a while, I lost my way in the woods, that's when I heard a loud roar, making me run even faster until I went inside a small cave trying to hide, not any late foot steps started to sound near me, I held my breath and placed a hand over my mouth, but the beast had already found me, to my surpise it was over four feet tall, but it wasn't a bear, it was a dog. At this moment I knew I was dead, that thing would have me for lunch.

The beast kept creeping up slowly towards me, running would only make it worse, with a deep sigh, I accepted my fate and sat there trying not to cry, that's when it stopped in front of me, about a feet away, and dropped an envelope, it sat down and looked at me as if it was trying to say something, I slowly reached my hand for the envelope. As I opened it, I not odd a letter with what seemed a very old fashioned writing, once I pulled it out there was nothing but symbols of some sorts, I couldn't understand any of it, don't even know if they are meant to say something, soon the symbols seemed to fly off the paper and back down turning into normal letters which read "I knew you would come and save me even if you didn't know who I was, this only proves my point that you are one, the monster you have in front of you is called a hellhound, she's now yours so take care of her" and at the end of the page it was signed by the goddess of the underworld lady Persephone.

I couldn't believe it, but there was proof the hound and her. Before I could do anything the dog bowed and this dark light came from over me, I looked up only to see a rather strange figure...a mark.... out of nowhere I said "Hades, lord of the underworld...and my father"
