15. We Have Some Peace... or That's What I Think

That wolf already had its snout around my neck, a single press and I'd be its next meal. Suddenly it got pushed off "Artemis! Where have ya been girl?" Jasmine said wrestling the wolf, I slowly sat up and stared at them. Kat walked out and kneeled next to me "so...did she really just tac-" she was cut off as a small lightning flew next to her "THE TARTARUS JASMINE" Kat yelled which made Jasmine and 'Artemis' laugh "why yes I did, well guys this is Artemis" she said petting the wolf "so..... Like the goddess?" I asked tilting my head. Jasmine walked up to me and smacked my head "no you damned death kid, Artemis gave me this wolf for trying to attack me, and i named her Artemis...oddly enough she's like the only god that likes me" she said with a sad tone, I got up and hugged her "hey it's okay, I know what the gods are missing out" she hugged back and blushed. "ya know, if I didn't knew better, I would bet that you were flirting with her" said Kat with a smirk painted on her face, Jasmine and I glared at her "hey Brian what can ya do?" asked Jasmine looking up at me "um...shadow control, summons and illusions" I said slightly confused.

"Well why don't you hold her down" jasmine said whispering to my ear, I nodded and made my shadow hold onto Kat "oh ha ha, funny guys" Kat said rolling her eyes, Jasmine smirked and made small electric shocks at Kat's sides and feet making her laugh "s-stooop it " Kat kept saying between giggles and pants. Artemis pushed Jasmine's shoulder and she groaned "you're no fun...okay. Brian you can let her go" I nodded and released Kat from my shadow, she then tried to punch us, but she just fell to the ground laughing. Out of nowhere, Jack appeared from a shadow and picked up a laughing Kat who soon passed out, without a word he walked into the house leaving Jasmine, Artemis and I alone "well uh...that was something" said a very confused Jasmine, I chuckled "yeah, I wonder what that was about".

After a while we walked in and saw Jack on the couch "uh...Brian there's something I have to tell you" Jasmine looked at me and I shrugged "sure what is it" he then turned towards me "I was uh....blessed by your dad" he explained vaguely, "uh...cool? What's it mean?" Jasmine then jumped on Artemis's back and smacked my shoulder "it means he got your dads approval or he got a new ability".

Jack looked down "new ability, but it's sorta like a curse...if I can't control it...I could die..." Jasmine's eyes widened and jumped towards Jack "what is it, and can we help!?" Jack yelped and shook his head "It's just some fire, I can handle it" said Jack barely smiling, Jasmine sighed and walked back to me "we are having a talk with your dad, soon" she said with her serious tone. "why am I going?" I asked crossing my arms she then raised an eyebrow and flew over my head "cause I can't and you can" I rolled my eyes "fine, but I won't be happy about it" she then grinned and hugged me "thanks" soon her stomached growled "um....".

"hungry?" I asked and she nodded "go buy me some food" at the moment she said buy, everyone asked for something, Jack had asked for some gloves and a fire extinguisher, Kat, who somehow woke up, threw me a list of what seemed anime stuff, key chains, outfits, necklaces and the like "you can take Argo" said Kat "uh...who?" everyone else asked, Kat smiled and pointed the horse she was riding "him, now get to it" she said while pushing me towards the horse and a wagon. Once I was on the horse, I rode him around the city while I bought everything.

I also picked up some flowers and gardening tools, the garden seemed a bit dull and boring so I thought I could give it a try.

As I was making my way back to the house; an old man stopped me and checked what I had in the wagon, he then looked at me "you must like gardening, tell you what, if you could get this flower to bloom I'll reward you" he said reaching for his bag and pulled out a flower, it was a mature flower, but it hasn't bloomed yet, I held and looked at it "um ....to be honest, I don't ... uh" before I could tell him that I didn't knew anything about gardening, he vanished. Later that day the moon light shines brightly as I got to the house, once I arrived everyone grabbed their stuff and said thanks before rushing back in, I left Argo in a shed that apparently Kat ordered and walked inside...it was a mess.

There was smoke coming from the kitchen as Kat and Jasmine were panicking, I walked over and turned everything off "now, why don't you girls go watch some TV while I make the food" they rolled their eyes and walked away. After I cleaned what those two did, started to cook some noodles that my mom taught me how to make, after a few minutes there were 5 bowls on the table; yes apparently the wolf eats at the table.

They all seemed to like it and soon went back to a room, I was left back to clean the dishes and everything else. When I was done; I walked towards what would be my room and laid down on the bed, there was something odd in this house, but I couldn't quite put my finger on it, I shook the thought off my head and tried to fall asleep; worst choice I could have at the moment. I had this weird dream, it was four human figures two were dark, one was silver and the other was white, but there were small hints of blue, purple, green and golden. there was also another figure, but it was bigger than the rest and one by one fell by the hand of the bigger figure, one of the dark figures disappeared and then there was nothing left just that bigger figure, it then turned towards me and walked up "it's your turn to die, boy" it said before swinging at me.
