39. Beauty in the Flesh

Jasmine and I kept kissing each other for a long time, Jasmine had her hands on pressed against my chest, my hands holding her waist and pulling her even closer.
Of course we would break the kiss to catch some air, but we would plunge back onto each others lips. After a long time Jasmine sat up on my stomach and looked at me with dazed eyes "Kitty... I heard you have a cabin of your own... can we... go?" she said biting her lower lip in an enciting way, I smiled and nodded "we can go".

With no other word we held hands and walked towards my cabin, the whole way there Jasmine was swinging our arms and gggling, I could only smile and watch her, as we reached my door she steped in front of me and wapped her arms around my neck pulling me into a yet another kiss. I was slowly reaching for her waist, but she pulled away from the kiss giggling "no no Kitty, wait here while I get ready okay?" all I did was nod as she walked inside my cabin.

I could hear her move stuff, a rustle here and a rustle there. But as she did I grew a sharp pain in the back of my head, I tried ignoring it, but it only grew more. I tried rubbing my head I heard a voice... A deep voice... It was talking in Greek... But I could understand it, it said:

Brian... Roses... Arrow... Drink

Then suddenly my nose was filled with the scent of roses and cinnamon,

lock... Door

the voice said once again, I felt bident that was on my cabin wall, my limbs moved on their own as I barred the door with the bident's shaft from the inside.

Jasmine soon tried to open the door, but couldn't, she kept trying while grunting and groaning, she was also mumbling my name and wanting to be one. But I now know that this wasn't my Princess, she would had never kissed me or thought about it.

Then my head felt like it exploded, my nose filled with sent of roses and my knees trembled making me collapse on them. The pain was so bad that I closed my eyes, that's when a flash of pink and even more scent of roses filled the area, a small giggle came from the flash followed by clapping "good job Brian, you were freed from my darling's love potion" as my eyes slowly began to open, I saw Beauty in the flesh, she had an hour-glass figure; to show off her figure she wore a skin tight velvet dress with the side of her legs cut up just under her waist, her hair was long and flew with the wind; roses with torns adorned her golden hair, her lips were meaty with a light pink touch imitating a pout, her cheekbones were sharp enough to cut diamonds, and her eyes, oh gods her eyes, one can get lost in those bright pink eyes, cat eye makeup and outlined eyebrow.

"Oh dear. You'll catch flies with your jaw hung open" she said in between giggles as she gently closed my jaw "I believe we met once before, if you recall", I tried to speak, but only a few words came out of my lips "Lady Aphrodite, it's a pleasure"

She smirked and helped me up "I know it is love, but let me tell you. You are one tough child, you even fought against the strongest love potion my dearest Eros could have ever made".

The punch, she spiked those two cups Jasmine and I drank from, "why m'lady ..." I mumbled

Aphrodite smiled a knowing smile "why what darling?"

"why make Jasmine and I... Fall into lust?"

Aphrodite giggled and held my chin "it is but a small test from us gods my dear, I just wanted to be the first, but both you and Jasmine have passed," I stared at her confused making her giggle even more, "some gods grow bored and play a bit with you mortals, but nonetheless you passed my test first, for that I shall give you my own blessing, with it you may use my children's ability of charmspeak".

I bowed slightly and then looked back at her "m'lady is being too kind to a mere child of the dead"

Aphrodite smiled and held my shoulder "you were born for greater things Brian, this is but a pebble in your way" I sighed and nodded, I don't like the idea of the gods knowing my future or them trying to change it

"I appreciate m'lady's concern and blessing, I hope to bring honor to your name" with that Aphrodite smiled and waved her hand. I was enveloped in a faded pink light, then a necklace appeared around my neck (obviously), it was a thin and fine silver fiber, on it some beads appeared, in the middle was a black one with my dad's mark; on the sides, a light blue one with a lightning bolt and on the opposite side a pink one with a dove.

"A small gift from me. Don't worry it just shows the gods that have taken a liking towards you. To use my own blessing think of a dove and a rose, then talk your command" she smiled and traced my cheek "about your love life, you'll meet your one and only sooner or later. I'll try to put you in the right path", I nodded and and hugged her "thank you... M'lady" she stood in surprise, but hugged back "you're welcome darling, I'll go now, your date is getting annoyed" with no other word she vanished in a pink flash.

I smiled slightly and unbarred the door only to see an in fact annoyed Jasmine standing there with her arms crossed, she was about to say something, but she laughed softly "I like your new eyes Kitty"

I tilted my head and she handed me a mirror, I took it and looked at it; I screamed internally as my eyes were now a bright pink color.
