3. The Last Fight

The moment we got close to each other, I felt how time slowed down, slow enough to where I could examine him. I noticed how ready he was to throw me off, so I decided to go for his legs, I ducked and punched at his knees, but I think he also felt the same way since he jumped and kicked me on my shoulder, making me fall back, he was just waiting for me to get up smirking yet not saying a word kinda like if he knew something I didn't, I couldn't think of it too much, I leaned against the wall to get up and got in position. I knew this wasn't going to be an easy win.

Just as I got up he didn't waste time, he threw many punches hitting me in both my face and stomach. that moment I felt the rush, but I was ... mad I wanted to just ... kill him. I caught one of his punches and kicked his gut sending him back, I was ready to snap his neck... To kill ... but this wasn't me; I never actually tried to kill someone, yeah maybe I did wish they did but that's all they were wishes.

I shook the thought from my head trying to focus on the fight, but before I knew he kicked at my side to which I strafed to the side, that's when the fight began to change, punches and kicks flew by so fast you could confuse them with bullets, yet we could see and dodge them, it seemed like hours were passing but the sky was still dark. I had to do something different, something he couldn't dodge, my eyes sparkled as I got an idea, I ran to the wall to which he followed, for some reason I ran fast enough to run up the wall and do a flip behind him, he looked back trying to do something, but I was faster and kicked the backside of his knee making him fall... that's when it all went down hill.

I laughed like a maniac at him and started kicking him on the ground making him red with every kick, soon i got bored and pinned him to the ground punching his face... over... and over again, he was going from red to purple... his nose started to bleed aswell as his mouth ... he could barely have his eyes open... that's when i noticed what I had done, the bell rang and everyone outside the cage clapped and cheered my name "ENIX THE NEW CHAMPION" they shouted, I could only stare at the Raily's body and then at my hands, red from his blood, that's when I heard a raspy cough... it was comming from Raily, I was glad I didn't kill him!, but I couldn't just stand and help him, I had plans.

Not wasting anymore time I went to get the prize money I was promised. when I was handed the money, I looked back at Raily which so happens to be facing me like he wanted to say something... I knew he was angry from just the look in his eyes, I could also see a faint red glow comming from him. I didn't gave it much thought and grabbed my stuff leaving the warehouse for good.
