In an undisclosed location, Stardust walked down the dark street of industrial factories and warehouses in search of one particular warehouse. She strutted under the cover of night in her costume whilst keeping a sharp eye for any one following.
She arrived at the designated warehouse and stood out front. She looked both ways in search for any members of the League. There was nobody but her, the stars in the sky, and this rundown warehouse. Miya approached the STAFF ONLY door and turned the wobbly handle to push open the squeaky door.
"Any bastards alert?" she called out to the dark and empty warehouse containing old boxes and crates long left forgotten. Miya's voice echoed through the metal structure as she gazed around.
It smelt like wet and mouldy rust and rotting paper. The roofing of the warehouse had collapsed holes allowing moonlight to strike through.
Miya's footsteps echoed with each step she took through the warehouse to navigate the old storage shelves and crates stacked. She found her way to the back of the warehouse where Muscular was standing under his cloak. Mustard sitting on a crate, and Dabi who was lounging on furniture boxes opposite of Mustard. There was no sign of Toga Himiko.
"Good afternoon, assholes." Miya greeted with a salute.
"I was beginning to think you weren't going to show up." said Muscular with a snide grin. His tall and massive structure loomed over Miya like the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
"I'm just full of surprises, aren't I? Where's Toga?"
Dabi, who was lounging high on top of boxes, spat, "Where's the tracker?"
"At home. Do you think I'm stupid?" Miya hoisted herself onto the box where Dabi's feet were planted. "So, what's in the shipment?" she began to swing her legs and rested her hands on her padded knees.
"What makes you think I'd know?"
"Weren't you put in charge?" she turned to sport a cocky smile to the black headed Villain sitting one box higher with his hands in his pockets. The old pants he was wearing proved to be too short considering Miya could see his ankles and purple skin grafts. Miya tilted her head trying to see more causing Dabi to become defensive.
"So, are you brunt on your legs too?" she pointed to the staples around his ankles. Dabi growled suddenly leaning forward with killer intent in his blue eyes. But Miya held her ground and refused to move despite how close Dabi dared to get in her face.
"I will burn you to a crisp." he threatened, with a hot growl. Hot breath panned across her face.
Miya pouted and turned her head to Muscular and Mustard pointing a thumb back at Dabi. "Isn't he so cute when he gets all mad?" she cooed. There was soft chuckle from Mustard. Miya turned back to Dabi doubled over trying to intimidate her and she said, "Dabi, baby, you can't touch me with those flames even if you tried." she extended her finger to tap his nose when his hand suddenly grasped her wrist tightly.
"Don't tempt me." Heat came to his hand.
Miya gasped and wrapped her other hand around his. "You're like a personal heated blanket! So if you had a girlfriend, doubt it, would you snuggle up and keep warm?" Dabi ripped his hand away with an annoyed growl. Miya laughed. "Aggravating your type is what I was trained to do. So don't piss me off, 'cause I know how to make you angry on purpose. Angry makes you stupid. Stupid gets you killed."
"Our type is now your type." informed Muscular.
"All the same."
The sound of a door opening and closing with a loud bang and scrap echoed through the warehouse. Toga Himiko came skipping through the warehouse. "Hey, everyone!" she chirped happily. When her yellow cat eyes landed on Miya, a wide smile stretched over her face. "Star, you came!"
