'SAFETY HERO COMMISSION IS TELLING LIES.'

"... refuse to release information about former Pro Hero Stardust, to the public, or to U.A High School. The main target, as it seems, for the League of Villains. Since joining the dark side, Stardust, formerly known as Miya Kurotaiyo - only child of retired Pro Hero Kinetic, had committed several offences including; kidnapping and endangering of a child, theft, and first degree murder.

The Safety Commission is ranking her as A-rank, but in the public opinion she is considered far dangerous. With the high level of training she has received since the age of five, Stardust may just be the most dangerous member of the alleged League of Villains, outshining their leader - Tomura Shigaraki. Doesn't the public have a right to know what Stardust is capable of?"

Stardust threw a dart at the television mounted in the high corner of the white room. "See!" The dart was now stuck at an odd angle in the ceiling. The dart board is on the opposite wall. "What have I been saying all along!" she rejoiced.

Toga gazes at Miya. "What, that you're better than Tomura?" Toga adds.

"What, no? I'm S-Rank, not A."

"Shh!" Twice harshly turned up the volume to the tv. Invested in hearing what they are talking about.

"... Or maybe The Commission doesn't know either. Is Stardust incapable of controlling her own Quirk? That's the real question people are asking. If so, what about the times she WAS a Hero patrolling our streets? What kind of Safety Commission puts a Hero out there like that to protect us when they couldn't tame her temper and aggression not only towards people, but other Heroes too?"

"And someone who can't even control their Quirk? They claimed to have trained Stardust, but I don't see how. The Commission still refuses to be interviewed about anything regarding Stardust. Are they embarrassed that their prized Hero turned Villain?"

"The question that is circulating the internet; WHY? Why did Stardust turn Villain? Is the System really flawed? Should this be a wakeup call to all Heroes, including retired Symbol of Peace, All Might? Next week; what is really going on behind closed doors? Join us for exclusive conspires behind the scenes."

Miya scoffed twirling a dart in her hand. "Pfft. Behind the scenes my ass." she uttered, bitterly. "The Commission will show them what they want them to see. They'll let them think it's exclusively secret, but it's not. It's all planned." She tapped the dart to her temple. "All of it is one big scandal."

"Why not tell them yourself?" suggested Toga.

She looked down. "Not yet."

"Why?"

Twice threw a dart at the board. "Yeah, why not now? Doesn't it seem unfair you're being viewed like this when they don't know the truth."

"When the time is right." repeated Miya. "I'll show the whole world the truth. These things take careful planning and thinking. Just like how THEY do it. We have to do the same. We have to be careful how we do it - when we do it - how we say it. The whole show needs a script."

"What if plan A doesn't work?"

"That's why there's an alphabet."

"What happens when it runs out?"

"It won't. For every letter, there's an occasion. And every occasion is carefully planned out for a different situation. From A to Z and in-between."

"You're super smart." Toga fawned over the table, a twinkle in her cat like eyes.
