Miya has known discomfort before, but never like this. She's sitting at a large round table, Toga to her left, Dabi to her right. Her legs are crossed and her lower regions are throbbing. Before Hawks entered the big conference room, Miya already explained to the ten people around the table about how a small branch of the Bratva wanted to work with them and what that entailed. Re-Destro and Trumpet were mostly impressed and questioned how she has ties to the Russians.

Dabi told them to mind their business.

So she sat, slumped in her chair, tired, staring at a laptop screen in front of her, trying not to fall asleep where she sat. Hawks' voice was drowned out a long time ago. Its but a hum inside her throbbing head. "In any case, I'm working hard at propagating the liberation ideology." Hawks said. He stood tall and sharp before the leaders of the Liberation Army.

The entire time, he's noted Miya's depleted demeanour. And the two folders sitting on the table, the Russian files he gave her, and the purple folder which he rememberers taking from her old place, and mailing to her mother for safe keep. He was burning on the inside. How did she get it?

Those folders, he knows, are going to be the next subject for their meeting. He wished to god he could stick around to find out. The Commission needs to know what they're up to.

Toga nudges Miya's foot and she jolts slightly. Snapping out of her daydream. She looks at Toga and tries to put her attention back onto Hawks.

"Hey, you're really going' all out for us Hawks!" Twice is sitting on the other side of Toga, slurping on a smoothie of some kind. The bottom half of his mask is lifted over his mouth. "You're a great guy. YOU'RE A SCUMBAG! I'd love to have you as my subordinate."

"Thanks!" Hawks chirped back. It's too early in the morning for this. Miya sinks further into her seat. "And by the way, the Public Safety Commission still believes that 'the League's numbers are small and they're still in hiding.' They aren't even aware of the Liberation Army's existence." Miya's eyes snap up on hearing the 'Commission' and she quickly looks away. "They're currently investigating whether or not the League was involved with the Deika City incident, but our soldiers are doing a good job pulling wool over the Media's eyes. And Endeavour is far too busy with interns to investigate this time!"
Miya looks at Dabi. "This time?"

"Yes, as I recall he has three of them." Skeptic says, looking at the recording taken from Hawks' body camera yesterday. Its playing on the laptops in front of everybody. He had a little run in with the Number One hero on patrol.

Toga then gasps. "Ah. Izuku's there!" she fawned, her cheeks blushed pink. She excitedly shook Miya's shoulder telling her to look at how cute Izuku looked.

"Look's like he hasn't gotten much stronger." Says Dabi, a smile on his face. Miya looked at him again, her head bobbling back and forth from Toga. It felt her brain was rolling around inside her skull.

Was he referring to Endeavour or Izuku?

"Well, they're still just students." replied Hawks.

"Oh look," Miya speaks. "There's Endeavour. He looks fine after Kyushu."

It was Dabi's turn to look at Miya. Hawks is looking at Miya.

"Excellent work, Hawks." Re-Destro applauded. "You're dismissed."

Hawks nodded, with a humble bow of his head and he turned to the large doors. When Miya shouts his name and he stopped. "Whoa, hold on." she sits up. "Kinetic?" she simply asked.

Hawks came back to the front of the massive table. "I haven't heard anything from him." he tells Stardust. "But I'm sure the Commission has him on simple patrol tasks around Yokohama. I can ask if you want?"
