There was no fore warning when Dabi came barrelling down the thirteenth floor corridor towards the apartment. Leather coat ripped at the four seams flurrying behind in his mad wake. Dabi threw open the door so hard that it bounced back slamming shut. There was a snarl on his lips.
"What the fuck?" Came Miya's voice from the main area of the apartment. She had only taped on the gauze. Just the person he was looking for. Dabi's knuckles cracked when they tightened at his side.
"Oh no." Toga's voice then said, peering over the sofa frightened.
"Why the aggression?" said Twice's voice.
"What did you both do?" Compress questions.
"It wasn't us... he saw already."
Miya payed no mind to whoever busted in. She was standing by the counter listening to the heavy footfalls marching down the entrance hallway. Dabi came to stand in the arched doorway, angry blue eyes landed on Miya. In that instance she knew she was in trouble. If there was one thing Dabi hated it was disobedient people, and not only one week ago did she ditch him, she disobeyed his one rule; Don't draw attention.
No, he didn't care if she killed Nainzu Wei Yun.
But he saw her fight with Hawks on a tv passing by a store. That made him angry.
A cocky smile came to Miya's lips. "The fuck is your problem, dude?" she said, raising an eyebrow, trying to play off the fact that her heart was racing. "Miss me already?"
Dabi didn't stop there. He marched straight for her with fists clenched and chest heaving.
"Whoa." Miya's smile dropped with hands outstretched seeing the tall black headed Villain heading straight for her. "Down boy. Down!"
Dabi's fists balled her shirt and lifted her from the ground and slammed her back into the counter. Toga slapped a hand over her mouth in shock and a loud gasp escaped Twice. Compress leaned forward.
"What do you think you're doing?" He growled, in her startled face. Miya was pressed between the corner of the counter and Dabi's tall body. She tried wiggling out of the corner poking her side painfully.
"Dabi. Let the hell go!" she demanded, trying to twist her way out of his grip. "You're lucky Shigaraki isn't here."
"What is that flaky skinned little boy going to do to me?"
Confusion struck Miya and she furrowed her eyebrows. She could do worse to him.
Dabi roughly brought her inches from his angry blue eyes making her heart flutter. She was still angry and quite frankly, not in the mood. "I don't care that you killed that little Chinese man, in fact, I'm happy you did. Congratulations, you just graduated."
"Oh, please. I've killed before."
"On government orders."
"Yeah, so?"
"There's a difference."
"I'm beginning to think there isn't."
Toga's little voice bravely spoke up, "Um, Dabi, don't you think you should take it a little easy? She's hurt."
"Stay out of this." Both Dabi and Miya spat. Toga shrank back. "What were we arguing about?" Miya puts a finger to her chin. "That's right. I killed that Chinese man, who cares. Anything else you want to yell about?"
"How about your big grand ol' fight with Hawks? In broad daylight. You almost killed him with that fancy move."
Miya smiled. "They're calling it Iron Maiden. How cool is that? And, in my defence, he attacked me first, so." she shrugged.
