Yes don't let the title fool you I'm going to the GMC arc of Fairy Tail and at the end I will show you my new guild that I made for this arc the Golden Lion. Now Alex will be replacing Cana on the second Fairy Tail team.
Chapter 23
It was the day of the Grand Magic Game's preliminary round, Alex had been selected along with Gajeel, Mirajane, Mystogan (Jellal in disguise), Juvia and Laxus to be in Fairy Tail Team B, while Fairy Tail Team A consisted of Natsu, Lucy, Erza, Gray and Elfman who took Wendy's place because she, Carla and Luna were attacked and their magic was drained to the point that they almost died.
When the announcer announced the teams Fairy Tail A was surprised to learn there was another team they were even more surprised when Raven Tail a Dark Guild led by Makarov's son and Laxus's father was allowed in. The next team was a newly made Guild called the Golden Lion led by one of Makarov's oldest friends and a former member of Fairy Tail Mikael.
When Alex saw the man with green hair he was surprised to see that it was the man who had scarred him from so long ago on his very first mission which resulted in a failure. The man who was revealed to be Gou Rudo along with his team, Alteria, Shiki, Tetsu and Catherine.
He walked over to him "I remember you from Mt. Hakobe it was almost 10 years ago I believe" Alex said as he glared at him.
Rudo looked at him but was stopped from talking by Tetsu "sorry but you can talk to him when he decides to speak with you then you can talk to him you filthy dragon" the man said as Alex glared at him but decided to go turn back and be the better man.
The first match was hide and seek which sounded easy enough but unfortunately to make it harder for everyone numerous clones of the competitors were made and the arena became a small town. Gray thought it would be easy but unfortunately for both Fairy Tail teams Juvia and Gray were both being attacked by Raven Tail's Nullpudding attacked them separately which angered them both, also attacking a clone results in a one point reduction.
Juvia eventually encountered Gray again "so you know what happens if your team loses right?" She asked "you guys will have to do what we say" she smirked "which means you'll have to whatever Juvia wants" she said being very proud.
Gray looked at her "I don't think we ever agreed to that!" He said as he was attacked by Nullpudding again. Catherine who had been chosen to play for the Golden Lion decided to go help Fairy Tail, eventually Rufus of Sabertooth had finally proved himself why he was dangerous because of his Memory Make Magic where he struck everyone and ended up winning this round.
Alex watched but Rose had come to get him and was told what happened to Luna, he quickly ran to where she was. "Luna" he said as he looked at his daughter passed out in the bed. Alex fell to his knees "what happened to her?"
Porlyusica looked at the dragon slayer "her magic was drained to the last drop shes lucky to be alive, it probably helps that she's your daughter" she said as Wendy looked at him "it was Raven Tail who attacked" she said quietly
Alex didn't say anything but in his head he was going to make Raven Tail pay with their lives.
