He left just the way he came in, uninvited. "I wonder what he was doing here...yeah me too, but I know for sure that it's because of you...me? I hope he's not been bothering you?... nothing I can't handle...maybe I should speak to him and make things clear to him...you don't need to, he will come to his senses...let me leave you to work, thanks again for making me see things clearer...you're welcome, enjoy the rest of your day...you too"

After close of work, Erasmus headed to The New Creation Realities Church. When he got there, he met Pearl and asked to see Pastor Dan

"Hello, good evening...hi, are you after someone?...yes please, can you help me locate the Pastor in charge of this place?...he's not around at the moment but you can leave a message, I will relay it to him...okay, I think I'll make it another time...Oh no, it might be urgent, just tell me and I will inform Pastor Dan immediately he returns, I'm like his assistant...okay, it's about Rose...oh I see, did she do anything wrong?...I don't know if I should tell you...you can trust me...I think Rose and Kirk are seeing each other, as in dating...where did you get that idea from? Kirk wouldn't do that...I saw them in a compromising situation today and it isn't the first time. They are both in this church right?...yes and leaders too...so you would agree with me that they aren't being good examples to those they lead...I totally agree on that, but how did you know them?...well I work in the same company with both of them but Rose was living in my house until she moved out...oh really, she was living with a man...yeah well it's a long story...I have the time, let's sit under the tree there...okay".

They sat on one of the benches and Erasmus told her everything, Pearl actually drained the information out of him, hoping to use it to her advantage and get Kirk's attention. On his way home, he felt like he made a mistake by telling a total stranger personal stuff but the anger he felt upon seeing Rose and Kirk embracing each other led him to take that action. Kirk got home quite late and was surprised to see Pearl waiting for him

"Hello, Bro.Kirk..." she greeted in a flirtatious manner and literally threw herself at him, he was taken aback "hi Sis.Pearl, how are you?...I'm good, you?...I'm great. What brought you here this evening?...can we go inside and talk?...I'm sorry but we can't go inside, let's just talk here... if that's what you want. It's about Sis. Rose...what about her?...well, I'm concerned that she might be leading you on...leading me on? what are you talking about?...I heard from a trusted source that you're going out with her and if that's true, I think she's not good for you...wait a minute, first of all, you shouldn't be interested in listening to gossip of any kind whether from a trusted source or not. Secondly, Rose and I aren't going out besides whoever is or isn't good for me is up to me to decide, don't you think?...you don't know how happy it makes me to hear that you two aren't 'a thing'...are you listening to a single word I'm saying? You shouldn't focus on people's mistakes or shortcomings, instead focus on their good sides, you should learn to accept everyone in love regardless of whether you like them or not because you do what the word says you should do and not what you think is right for you to do...yes, I'm concerned about you that's why I came to see you and I've always not felt comfortable around her, I even heard that she's slept with some men...you know what, I think you've overstepped your boundaries, please I had a long day and would like to rest...okay, I just have your best interest at heart...thank you, have a goodnight...sweet dreams, see you in church".

Kirk went inside, placed his bag in his room and went to knock on Margaret's door

"Hey Sis, you okay?...mmhm, I just wanted to sleep early, have you been home for long?...no I actually just came in few minutes ago...wow, keeping late hours at work?... yeah, had some deadlines to meet...okay, is everything okay? your expression doesn't look good...I'm okay but I came to meet Sis.Pearl at the door waiting for me... she waited for you? I told her you weren't around and that she should come back later...apparently she didn't want to leave without speaking to me...what did she have to say that couldn't wait?...she told me Rose isn't good for me and that she heard from a trusted source that we are seeing each other...how is that her business...she's concerned, so she says, she also said Rose is sleeping with some men...where did she get that information from?...I have no idea but I suspect someone, though he doesn't know Sis.Pearl in any way, he's the only one I can think of that will try to tarnish Rose's image due to the fact that he's angry at her...who?...he's called Erasmus, she used to live in his house before moving in with Jane and he likes her so sees me as a threat...you have competition already huh...come on Maggie, this is serious. Rose's image is at stake here, if Sis.Pearl tells anyone in church about these fabricated stories, it will spread and cause havoc...that's true, do you think we should warn Rose beforehand?...I'll pray about it tonight and know what to do tomorrow...okay, that's good, everything will be alright...yes sure, goodnight...sound sleep, I love yoooouuu...I love you too"

He went to his room and was in deep thought, Pearl was up to something and it didn't look good at all, he begun to pray and asked the Holy Spirit for guidance to be able to settle this with a clear head since both ladies are his members and he wouldn't want it to look like he was taking sides.
