Again guys another time skip but this time only one month. So that makes the reader 8 months pregnant. Enjoy guys. I do not own Soul Eater nor do I own any characters mentioned in this x reader.

I clenched the white sheets tightly, crumpling them in my fists. I had to take a few deep, worried breaths.

"(Your Name), calm down. The worry isn't good for the baby." Soul said from right next to me.

"I can't help it! What if something's wrong with the baby?" I exclaimed, causing him chuckle softly.

"Trust me; nothing is wrong with that baby in there. You keep me up nearly every night." He grinned, being cocky once again.

I smiled softly and rubbed my big tummy. It had been eight months since I saw my lover. My true lover. Not the monster that had killed Paige.

"... (Your Name)?" Soul murmured.

"Yeah?" I answered softly.

He was silent before shaking his head and saying, "Never mind."

Stein poked his head in from the door to his office. "(Your Name), I'm ready for you to come in. Soul, you may come as well, if you want." He shrugged and walked back into his office.

"You notice that he's not smoking?" Soul whispered to me.

"Yeah, probably because I'm pregnant,"I whisper back.

Soul helps me up gently and I place one hand onto my big tummy and waddle inside the next room with Souls help.

"Just lay down on the table." Stein instructed with his back to me.

I do as he says, and Soul slowly helps me down. He rubs my tummy gently with care, and smiled at me softly, making me smile.

The table was metal with a thin piece of white cloth on it. It was a little uncomfortable, but I could manage. I trusted Stein...You know, when he wasn't crazy.

Soul sat down in a chair beside me as Stein turned back around. He put his stethoscope on my chest and commanded "Breathe in for me."

I breathed in a couple times, making him nod he then moved the stethoscope down more, to the middle of my stomach, then all around my tummy; probably trying to find the baby's heartbeat. He stopped near the middle and pressed a little more, but not enough to hurt me. "The baby's heartbeat is healthy. Would you like to see it?"

I nodded quickly making Soul chuckle from my side.

"Yes please," Soul responded as well.

Stein nodded and turned on a machine. He turned to me and lifted my shirt up, exposing my tummy. "This will be cold,"He warned as he put clear liquid on my tummy.

I squealed from the sudden absence of heat and Soul laughed. Stein then put some sort of wand on my stomach and started moving it around.

After awhile, he finally stopped and kept the wand still as he stared at the screen. "There. That's your baby." He nodded.

My eyes flashed up towards the monitor and I gasped. I could see my little baby on the screen. Just a shape, but still. But there the baby was.

"Do you want to know the gender?" Stein asked.

"N-no. I want it to be a surprise." I replied staring at the image.

I turn and looked at Soul, and saw two tears run down his cheeks. "S-Soul?" I giggled softly.

Soul turned to me and quickly wiped his face. "I-I have something in my eye!"

I laughed and shook my head happily.

Stein grinned softly and nodded. 'She'll be a good mother...'
