It hasn't even been a day and the Hellish Training had already started.

It was 6 am, Izumi and Izuku were already up and training.

After an hour of sparring against each other, they had breakfast, then the Wild Wild Pussycats began their training.

Everyone was doing a particular activity that correlates to their own quirk. Iida was running at full speed, Tokoyami was battling Dark Shadow in a cave, Sero was continuously shooting out tape, and so on and so forth.

Now what was Izumi and Izuku doing through all this?

They were sparring against Class 1-B.

Well, more like Izuku was sparring against Class 1-B whilst Izumi backed him up whenever he got hurt.

Izumi was working on long-ranged healing whilst Izuku was taking energy away from the students in Class 1-B.

The students in Class 1-B didn't like it at all. Tiger forced them to spar against Izumi and Izuku or they would spar against him instead.

There were some times when some students got close to Izumi, but Izuku would just knock them away before turning his attention back to the others.

The teamwork between the twins was impeccable. Even whilst outnumbered 2 to 20, they were able to hold their own.

Izuku was able to attack recklessly because he knew his sister was there to back him up.

It increased Izumi's healing output, but it also unlocked a new ability in Izumi.

She was now able to simply give stamina to others. Stamina of her own, that is.

Of course, it was scaled so that a bit of her stamina is a lot to give to someone else, but that still didn't change the sacrifice part.

The training was almost too much for Izumi to handle. As she continued to push her quirk to the limit, she had started to violently cough and vomit blood more often, but she brushed away anyone who tried to get her to take a break, insisting that it was fine.

Whenever this happens, Izumi would simply heal herself with her own pain, feeling twice the pain and then continue dispensing energy to Izuku.

After the days had passed, Izumi was now able to heal others in a radius around her and is able to replenish the stamina of those around her, at the same time, Izuku was now able to steal stamina and gift the stolen stamina to Izumi, allowing her to continue healing others for a very long period of time.

It was a very advantageous combo, as it allowed Izumi to heal those in critical condition with ease.

Day by day, they trained with their mentors, until one fateful day.

...

"So you're saying that I'm going in alone?" Izumi asked Mandalay.

"Well, you drew the short straw. Besides, you have your brother." Mandalay shrugged.

Izumi sighed.

She was currently taking part in a "Test of Courage", where Class 1-B try to scare those in Class 1-A with their quirks, and since they had an odd number of students participating, Izumi had to be alone.

She didn't particularly care too much, but she always thought that something like this was pointless and dumb.

The first group departed, and soon, sounds of screams were heard in the forest.

The groups soon departed one by one, and it was soon Izumi's turn, but before she could go, she spotted smoke and gas.

No-one in Class 1-B had fire or gas quirks.

Mandalay cursed underneath her breath, but before anyone could react, Pixie Bob was knocked out by a large pole.

There was a huge man-looking woman and a smaller Lizard guy.

Mandalay quickly reached out to everyone using her quirk, "Everyone, we are under attack by Villains! Do not engage, and return to base camp immediately!"

Tiger showed up and adopted a fighting stance upon noticing the villains.

"Greetings! We are the League of Villains Assault Vanguard!"

Izumi gritted her teeth, she discreetly healed Pixie Bob's head injury, and then remembered about Kota.

"Mandalay, I know where Kota is, I'll go get him!"

Mandalay nodded and turned to face the villains.

Izumi rushed away, and the large woman moved to attack her, but the lizard guy threw a knife in the way.

"What the hell, Spinner!"

"That girl was regarded as a true hero by Stain! I will carry on his will! I don't care who's on the target list or not!"

Tiger took advantage of their argument and knocked them both out.

Izumi flew as quickly as she could, and landed in front of Kota and covered them with her wings as soon as the muscular man landed his punch.

"Kota, get out of here, I'll take him down." Izumi muttered to Kota, but Kota was paralyzed with fear.

Izumi sighed, releasing Izuku.

"Izuku, take Kota back to base camp."

"And leave you here alone?"

"I'll survive."

"You better. If you don't, I'll kill you."

Izumi smirked, and unfurled her wings, dodging a punch by the villain she now recognized as Muscular, the villain who killed Kota's parents.

"Huh. You're on the target list. Boss wants you alive, but that doesn't mean I can't have fun with you." Muscular inserted an artificial eye into his empty eye socket.

He charged at Izumi, who blocked each of his attacks with her wings and counterattacked with her retractable staff.

Neither of them could make a dent in the other's defense.

The charade went on for a while, when Izumi made a mistake.

Muscular wasted no time in exploiting that single mistake, punching Izumi into the mountain and breaking her right arm.

Izumi quickly healed herself, coughing out blood in the meantime.

She activated One For All in her entire body at 100%, healing herself at the same time, ignoring the doubled pain thanks to adrenaline.

She danced around Muscular even faster than before, and was starting to make dents in his muscle fiber armor.

But Muscular had no problem keeping up.

They recklessly assaulted each other, one because she was constantly healing herself, the other because he couldn't be hurt.

Eventually, Izumi was able to overpower Muscular and smash a curled fist into the side of his face.

"1000000% Detroit Smash!" She cried out, unleashing the attack and knocking Muscular out.

Just to make sure he was not going to wake up for a while, Izumi quickly hit one of his pressure points, ensuring that he stayed down for at least a a couple hours.

She then ran back to base camp, making sure that her wounds were all healed up.

A/N: Izumi really beat Muscular like that?

Well, she was able to heal herself, was she not?

That pain tolerance must be incredibly high. There's no way I would've been able to do something like that.

I suppose. Now do the outro.
