The Cat's Whisper Chapter 7: Troublesome

Nomika woke up at 4:00 a.m.

She prepared herself for school.

Kurotatsu then woke up and sensed that Nomika is already awake.

He informed Nomika that he will just go outside just to take fresh air.

Meanwhile...

Nomika looked at the mirror.

Her face turned red at the same time showed black aura.

She went out with pillows.

She opened the door quietly.

And then..

"Idiot!" she said, throwing pillows at Kurotatsu.

"What did I do this time?" he asked, very annoyed.

"Well, why don't you look at my forehead!" she angrily said to Kurotatsu.

 "Oh that sign in your forehead?" he tried to remember what happened.

"That's the place when I kissed her forehead." he said to himself.

"Well, explain this!" Nomika said.

"Last night, I kissed your forehead. That seal is for your safety. I don't wanna follow you around for the whole day just so you are protected by me." he said, saying it with arrogant tone.

"You...You shouldn't have done that!" she said, blushing, with her heart beating so fast.

Nomika then left Kurotatsu.

She immediately went downstairs and ate her breakfast.

Ms. Takahaka was worried about the two of them so she went to Kurotatsu.

She went upstairs.

"What happened with the both of you?" she asked.

"I permanently putted a sign on her forehead for her safety. She suddenly got angry at me after she saw that sign." Kurotatsu told Ms. Takahaka.

"Just give her some time. She'll realise that what you have done is for her safety" Ms. Takahaka said.

The both of them took a deep sigh.

And then...

"Mom, Kurotatsu, I'll be going now!" Nomika shouted joyfully.

"Be careful dear!" Her mother shouted back with a pleasant smile.

Nomika then waved good bye to them.

After 3 hours...

"I think you should follow her now" her mother said.

"Is it really okay to follow your daughter?" Kurotatsu asked.

"Why of course! I know your purpose so go. Follow her now before it's too late." her mother said, giggling.

He went to the school.

At lunch break hours, he tried to look for Nomika at the roof top. Then there she is.

Sitting like having a date with another guy.

"Nomika!" somebody called her attention.

The door banged loudly.

"Yuko! Sit here. So how's your life?" Nomika suddenly asked Yuko.

"Here, so cool with my new boyfriend. How about you? Do you already have a love life?" Yuko asked.

Nomika blushed. Yuko saw this and said "You're in love, aren't you?"

Nomika gasped " Oh no, you got it wrong. I'm not in love."

 "Well, a crush maybe?" Yuko still asked.

"Well... Uhm.. yeah... I have a crush to someone"

"Really? Good thing you're leveling up Nomika" Yuko said.

The bell rang...

As expected from her, she performed outstandingly in front of her classmates and friends.

Dismissal...

"Why don't we hang out Nomika?" she invited Nomika with pleasure.

"Sure!" Nomika then agreed.

The girls went to the malls. 

Shopping, shopping, and shopping.

They only realised that it is already 9:30 p.m. due to Nomika's alarm.

They bid goodbye at each other.

But before they could go to their homes they must pass through a silent street.

There were always drunken boys in that place.

"Hey there ladies! Want to party with us?" one of the drunken boys asked.

"Sorry boys, we gotta rush" Yuko said calmly.

"Jam with us" one of the drunken boys asked.

Right after saying this, the group of boys circled them.

There's no chance that they could possibly run away that easy.

"We just wanna have fun" the leader of the gang said.

The leader of the gang grinned at them.

Nomika and Yuko were so terrified.

Then Nomika heard this voice, whispering at her, saying trouble.
