The Cat's Whisper Chapter 14: Aura of the Sky

Kurotatsu was light blinded by Nomika's aura.

"No matter what you do I will defeat you!" Kurotatsu said, aiming for Nomika's heart.

"Nomika, he's not Kurotatsu." the wind spirit warned Nomika.

"I know right. I think he's possesed by some evil something. His aura never had the color of black and white. He only have white colored aura." Nomika said, studying every move of Kurotatsu.

Kurotatsu suddenly runned to Nomika, aiming his sword to her.

"Wind spirit, source!" Nomika screamed, loosing consciousness because of loss of blood, hitting Kurotatsu on his left arm.

"Feeling weak? You really are worthless! What kind of 5-spirit holder are you? Weaklings should not handle that kind of magic!" Kurotatsu said, full of pride, with a devilishly laugh.

"Is that a joke? I am still not on my real form but you're already on your fullest. Looks like I will turn the tables." Nomika said with a serious grin.

"I'm not joking, it really is true! Take this, dark rail." he replied, pointing at Nomika.

Nomika evaded the attack. She is so tired that she needs help from the spirits.

"I guess I have to do it this way then! Gyaaahhh!" she runned towards Kurotatsu and punched his face. 

Kurotatsu wasn't able to evade the attack. He was punched almost at his weakest spot.

"You really do have the guts? Dark rayed light!" he said powerfully.

Nomika evaded the attack.

"That Kurotatsu really is wierd. What is the problem with him? He uses dark type magics. All I know is that he uses light ones." she said to herself.

Meanwhile...

"Look Yuji, it's a fight between Nomika and Kurotatsu." Asuza said to Yuji.

"And so? What will I do?" Yuji asked.

"It isn't funny, look how they fought each other. Do you still have an idea about Nomika's strategy?" Asuza asked.

"Yeah, right. It's like the strategy you used to beat me in the finals." Yuji answered.

"Good thing you still remembered that." Asuza said, smiling.

"Who else would have forgotten that? It's a winning strategy." Yuji said, arrogantly.

"Let's just watch them." Asuza said.

After a while...

Nomika and Kurotatsu is panting hard.

"Why don't you just give up Kurotatsu?" Nomika said.

"Giving up is not a choice of mine! Descent black arrow!" Kurotatsu said, insisting to hit Nomika.

"You must! I can't... I can't" Nomika said, crying.

"What is this feeling?" Kurotatsu asked himself, silently.

"I just really can't..." Nomika said, crying hard.

"What is it that you can't do?!" Kurotatsu shouted.

"I can't hurt another dearest friend. I have hurted a friend of mine in Okinawa and we never saw each other again. I don't want to lose another one the second time around." Nomika said, crying so hard.

"Daaahhh! Giyaaahhh!" Kurotatsu shouted, painfully like his soul was being dragged out.

"Kurotatsu! What is happening here?!?!" Nomika asked, angrily.

Kurotatsu suddenly fell on her and said " Thank you for telling me that story. I was able to let the man get out of my body."

They helped each other and saw the man with the pair of scissors and thread.

"Looks like I wasn't able to have more fun. Why don't I try Nomika's body?" the man said.

"Let's see if you can try." Kurotatsu said while guarding Nomika.

Nomika held Kurotatsu's hand and blue aura went outside of her.

Meanwhile...

"A unison raid?" Asuza said.

"Looks like it is unison raid Asuza" Yuji replied.

"The guardians of light may be shined upon us. Guarding our ways with the covering of love. Giving us the power to save the humanity. To defeat evil with courage, and freedom will be held to many to one. May this power defeat evil and guide us in our paths, Unison Raid!" Kurotatsu and Nomika said with their whole might.

The cave was filled with a sky like color because of Nomika's dark blue aura and Kurotatsu's aura. The man was defeated but still, will return to earth.

The fight ended up as a draw.

"I'm so tired. Combats really is tiring." Nomika said, tired.

"You still have one mission left Nomika. One more..." Kurotatsu said and fell asleep.

"I wish I could still do that" Nomika said.

There was a sudden gush of wind. It isn't the wind spirit.

Suddenly...

"13...12...11....10.....9......8" the whisper said to Nomika's ears.

"Stop it! You really are cheating!" Nomika shouted, angrily.

" Well, I think it's time for you to live for a year already." the whisper said.

"I know you won't do that. It's in the contract that I signed in." Nomika said, smiling and fell asleep.

Meanwhile...

"Good luck for tomorrow Nomika." Asuza said grinning with a dark intention.
