My Worst Nightmare

Are Hugs enough?

"Theo you're just going to give up?" Theodore's face lights and hugs the tiny Naga. "Grandpa!" Everyone wakes up to his screams even Knight gets up excited and groups hugs them both the other Naga's wakes up and tackles Knight and Theodore still holding the little helpless Naga. "Grandpa your alright!" They all scream Yunie gets up with Vivi on her head seeing a giant pile of tails wrapped up like a cocoon. "Are they always like this?" Vivi asked Yunie but she just laughs. "Nope." After many tears everyone calmed down, the real Nagaisia was happy that everyone was doing okay, then he transforms into his middleage form, Yunie and Vivi are shocked by how he can control his age. "My Grandchildren." They all kneel by him like he was their king. "Hugo is in a coma and only someone closest to him can-" All of a sudden Jasper wakes up and sees everyone cowarded around him. "Umm hi everyone." Knight starts to cry and tackles him. "Jasper your alive you!" Jasper freaks out and Yunie tackles him too. "Jasper we thought we lost you!" Jasper was definitely annoyed but goes and hugs them both. "You two worry to much." Rouge wasn't to happy about the fact the Jasper's alive but Hugo is still in a coma. "Pathetic all of you crying over worthless trash." Everyone turns to Toku, Rouge was not happy his eyes turn to slits, clicking his tongue and his scales bristle with black smoke circling around him. "Great to have you with us meat." Yunie and Vivi feel a strange vapor and start coughing violently, Knight quickly pulls Yunie away from Rouge, Glitter does the same and grabs Vivi holding her close. Rouge turns into his full Naga form and charges at Toku but Gerard stops him just in time holding Rouges mouth before he could eat Toku. "Rouge what the hell you could've made Yunie and Vivi sick with your toxic fumes!" Knight screams and sets Yunie down, Gerard lets go of Rouge as he changes back to his half human form. "He caused all this he deserves to die by my stomach acids!" Toku sticks out is tongue taunting Rouge more. "Enough!" Jasper Smacks Toku across the head almost making him fall backwards. "Your fixing this and now!" Toku spits up blood, refusing to talk to him. "Well that's that I guess." Knight Knelts next to Hugo, he looked so cold and lifeless. "I might have a suggestion." Everyone turns to Saji who's finally awake, he had dark circles under his eyes from not getting much sleep. "I suggest we go into his dream and wake him up from inside his subconscious." Saji walks towards Hugo. "Only we need someone who can convince to wake up." "I'll do it!" Jasper springs up like a puppy excited. "Are you sure Jasper?" Knight questions. "Of course I got him into this mess it's my responsibility to get him out." Yunie wasn't sure if it would work but she she doesn't doubt Saji's abilities. "Alright close your eyes." Jasper closes his eyes and feels a stabbing pain in his head, Saji has his hand on Jasper's forhead and says something in his mermaid language. "Now sleep!" Jasper collapses, Knight catches him just in time before he hits the floor and lays him next to Hugo. "It's up to you Jasper bring Hugo back." Yunie makes a silent prayer for their safe return.

Hugo wakes up but not in his room? He wakes up in a forest under a tree. "Hugo!" Hugo turns around and sees Jasper in his half wolf form running to him, Hugo tries to shift into is snake form but can't? "Your wake I'm so happy, i thought you'd never wake up." Hugo has no idea whats happening but he can't sense Yunie or Knight at all? "Where am I? where's Knight and Yunie!?" Jasper tries to calm him down and nuzzles his snout on Hugo's face. "It's all right their safe." Jasper starts crying. "Your in a coma, I'm sorry I wasn't strong enough to-" Hugo grabs Jasper's snout and bites the tip of his nose making Jasper yelp. "Shut up i never asked for you to save me stupid wolf." Hugo turns  away embarrassed. "I choose to protect Yunie and Knight not-" Jasper turns into his human form and gently takes Hugo's chin turning him to face Jasper. "And I never gave up wanting to be closer to you." Hugo's frozen having no idea what to do in this situation watching as Jasper leans in. "What are you doing?" Jasper opens his eyes seeing a very angry Hugo, his lips still puckered like a fish. "I wasn't going to kiss you if that's what you were thinking." Hugo rolls his eyes and pushes Jasper harshly away. "Enough of this i have to find Yunie and Knight!" Hugo irritated walks away into the forest Jasper follows him, they are both amazed by the view it's like an enchanted forest, Jasper gets excited and takes off his shirt. "What are you doing!?" Hugo covers his eyes even tho he's seen Jasper without a shirt a million of times. "Come on lets run this place looks like a fun place for a race!" Hugo sighs and takes off his shirt and Jasper turns red looking at Hugo's muscles, it's strange how he doesn't work out and yet he can have a body like that. "What?" Jasper's ears perk up startled by staring at Hugo. "Nothing sorry come on." Jasper starts running in his human form, Hugo does the same and can feel the cool breeze on his warm skin, he's never felt this relaxed in his whole life. "Feels great right, I used to run like this by myself all the time, it's more fun with you tho." Hugo ignores him and jumps on top of a tree and climbs it like a ninja, Jasper amazed follows him and sees an amazing view of the whole forest from on top of the tree Hugo didn't seem all that amazed he missed being in his room playing video games and cuddling with Yunie as they read manga together. "This is amazing look at that sunset!" Hugo smiles at Jasper's exited expression, Hugo felt something weird in his chest, He reaches to pet Jasper's ears but quickly takes back his hand, Jasper's ears perk up and stares at Hugo wagging his tail. "Hugo come back with me." Hugo looks away from him and jumps from the tree down on the ground. "Hugo!" Jasper freaks out and follows him, Hugo walks deeper into the forest away from him. "Hugo wait up!" Hugo furious stops but doesn't look at Jasper. "Leave me alone already I don't want anything to do with you don't you get it!?" Jasper whimpers but doesn't back off. "You don't mean that, I know you tried to protect me from Toku." Hugo glares at him. "I did it for Yunie she would be sad if you died." Jasper annoyed growls angrily. "Stop being so stupid, you like me like I like you!" Hugo blushes. "I don't like you i never liked you, your disgusting!" Jasper growls showing his canines. "You almost died in my arms i care about you dont you see." Tears start forming in Jasper's eyes. "I love you, Hugo." Hugo looks away holding on to his chest he can feel the beating of his heart pounding louder and louder. "But i don't." He whispers with tears in his eyes. "I can't love you we're both guys." Jasper embraces Hugo, Hugo looks to the sky crying. "I don't care if we're guy's or different species or whatever, i love you Hugo." Jasper's sobs become to much for Hugo, how can a wolf let go of his pride like that to a Naga no less. "Hugo!" Jasper embraces him tightly, Hugo doesn't struggle but lets him. "I know hugs aren't enough, I want to hold you scaly or not, your skin feels nice to me." Jasper's voice starts to crack, Hugo slowly holds Jasper back, surprising Jasper he looks up at Hugo and sees Hugo's face completely red. "Stop staring, stupid wolf." Hugo looks away but Jasper smiles and gently licks Hugo's face making him more embarrassed. "You disgusting wolf why would you lick my face like-" Jasper presses his lips on Hugo's and slowly kisses him, Hugo's in a trance, Jasper deepens the kiss, both of their tongues fighting for dominance. Hugo gasps as Jasper bites his lip, Jasper slowly pulls away looking at Hugo's dazed expression, he can clearly see hearts in his eyes. "Jasper..." Hugo steps away from Jasper trying to figure out what just happened. "Hugo sorry about that want to go home?" Hugo looks down embarrassed but nods, Jasper takes his hand in his and start walking into the horizon.

Jasper opens his eyes seeing everyone stare at him in awe, Hugo was also awake blushing, almost turning the same color as Knight. "Welcome back you two!" Yunie was so happy to see that their both okay, Knight was also happy but notices something odd with Hugo. "Great to be back, right Hugo?" Hugo looks away and forgot they were still holding hands. "Shut up."
