The room became quiet as they all waited for Aizawa's okay. It was only a matter of time before they could prove they were the best in the school.

As shown in the sport festival, U.A likes its class and student rivalry. Today was just one of those, but instead of being a public activity for people to watch or walk in to see, this was only on live television. It was one of the most dangerous activities they held in this school.

Capture the flag.

Each class is presented with a flag that has their class number and letter on it. One by one a match of two classes go up against each other. The goal is to get the other classes flag on your flag pole. It only counts if you have your flag as well sadly. There are many factors to this game, mainly the fact that the field is just inside school grounds and happens to be made up of a small fraction of forest, dirt tracks and is surrounded by walls with fences along the edge. It was practically a giant ditch with two flag poles that's closed off until needed to be used.

Once a champion class is discovered in each year group, the three remaining classes go up against each other on a different field. The goal is to get all three flags on your team's flag pole. It also happens that no grade 1 class has ever won, and this year class 1-A was aiming for the number 1 spot. Even if it was considered impossible.

At this point Aizawa was standing at his desk explaining the rules. Most of them were common sense. No cheating. No permanent injuries or the team is disqualified. Work as a team. Not allowed to kill anyone. The rule Aizawa seemed to stay on the longest was the one no one had considered.

"All members of the class must be on the field and must participate. Any member found refusing to participate for an entire round shall disqualify the entire team," he paused looking to each confused face before sighing. "Now that I've explained that. You can come in," everyone turned to the door, only just noticing that Aizawa had left it open. Slowly a figure in a black hoody with the hood on and arms crossed came into view. Everyone seemed to hold their breath as they realised that Surebu was still technically a 1-A member.

"I tried to get out of it," she mumbled with a shrug. She turned her head away from those looking at her. "Nezu threatened to disqualify you if I didn't participate," she explained shuffling backwards so that she was half out the door.

"You are taking precautions, right?" Aizawa asked causing everyone to look at him confused. Surebu nodded at him, but he still felt need to go through the check list. "Gloves?" she held her hands up, gloved. "Emergency need for quirk?" she grabbed the ring finger of her left glove and pulled it off, so that only that only one finger was showing. "Knife?"

"On your desk and out of reach," she explained putting her glove back together.

"Strategies?" he asked making Surebu look down at her hand and begin counting on her fingers. Once she got to ten she looked at him with sad eyes.

"Ran out of fingers."

"Brother?"

"Is my rival until class A wins."

"Mind?"

"Open and ready for this war to begin."

"Classmates?"

"Uncomfortable to think of and honestly scared of rejection," she spoke without hesitation causing Aizawa to stop in his tracks. She looked at him and quickly thought over what she'd said then changed it just as quickly. "I mean, ready to work alongside and help if needed," she chuckled nervously scratching her neck. Aizawa sighed before deciding to finish the list.

"Injuries?"

"Bandaged and numbed to the point I can't feel my toes," once again, Aizawa stopped at her words.

"Should I be worried about you right now?" he found himself asking. She shrugged before answering.

"I guess someone has to," she stated leaning on the wall. Aizawa groaned rubbing his eyes. This was just way too stressful. She seemed to be in great conditions to fight, but now he just can't believe she has to do this. "Can I go? I'm being looked at like I just flashed Dabi," she quickly stated.

"How do you even know what being looked at like that is like?!" Aizawa screamed turning to her. She shrugged.

"What happens at a villain party stays in a villain party," was her simple response. Aizawa glared at her for a moment and she sighed. "Toga asked me to never mention this, but her and Twice got really drunk doing dare shots, and flashing Dabi just happened to be one of the dares," she explained. Aizawa felt relief wash over him at this statement. He was so thankful Surebu wasn't involved in that game. "Toga did the flashing. Twice did the narrating, Shigaraki did the over reacted screaming; Kirogiri did the escaping while he had the chance and I did the filming. Everyone else either laughed or screamed," she gave off a chuckle. "Good times," she mumbled.

At that moment a picture of blood splashing onto her hands as she pushed her knife into someone came into her mind and all joy died as she came back to reality.

"Still wasn't worth it though," she glared down at the floor hugging herself tightly. She suddenly felt sick, like her lunch was going to escape at any moment. "It'll never be worth it."

After that everyone was informed they were wearing their hero costumes and had to get changed while Aizawa quietly spoke to Surebu. It seemed as though Surebu wasn't too willing to talk though, and she skipped out the door as quickly as she could.
