Hope y'all enjoy. It's only a small chapter but considering it's been, what? 4 years? I'm sure it's all good right???"HEY SUREBU!!!"
The ravenette looked up at the red head as he walked over, arms out. She could barely contain her joy as she abandoned her current plans and ran over to him for a hug, ignoring the present he had in one hand. She looked over his shoulder at the blond who'd escorted him over with a smug look and Monama instantly threw his hands up in defeat. She knew Kiri would come to the party, but there was one thing she did take note of.
She let go gently and pulled away, smiling brightly at the boy, and he returned the smile instantly. That was when Tetsue grabbed a hold of her shoulder and instantly went to greet his non-biologicl twin. The two yelled and hugged and were equally as loud as the other. Surebu found it slightly amusing how they'd copy each other's movements almost exactly, a chuckle managing to make it past her defences before she could stop it.
Her head gave a tilt as she looked back at Monama. The two stared blankly for a moment before she pointed to the counter where red solo cups were sprawled all over, some upright with some unholy concoction inside, others upsidedown and then there was those sprawled and discarded, rolling along the bench. Monama looked from the counter to the girl who showed an evil grin. She had an offer he wasn't sure he should take. Well... No one said he was smart!
Next thing you know the two are at the counter with a red cup in front of them both. Shiozaki and Komori were grabbing random cans and bottles of sodas and juices and mixing them in a jug, heck Monama could've sworn there was a Capri-Sun thrown in there, meanwhile Surebu was opening a pack of sour worms and throwing them in on top. This is it! THE DAY MONAMA DIES!!!
As the concoction changed from an ornge-yellow to a grey-brown fizzy colour, Monama could feel his body grow cold. He looked up at the girls pooring the drink as if begging for mercy, but there was no sign of it in their eyes. He accepted the challenge, now he must pay the consequence.
emotion, meanwhile Monama was doing his best not to have a heart attack. How was anyone who'd been drinking this stayed alive‽ It was the most horrific colour, and the smell alone had the boy holding back a gag, but still, he watched Surebu hold up the cup and face it towards him.
"Scared blondie?"
This triggered Monama and his well known snarky personality. Without even thinking he'd picked up his cup and put it to Surebu's, ready for the signal to start chugging. There was a pause as the two stared each other down, daring the other to move. Finally, Komori chimed in giving the signal to start and instantly Monama had thrown his head back to down the drink. If the looks and smell were any indication, he really should've backed out-
He could feel the drink rising back up as he was trying to force it back down and he just knew he'd made a grave mistake. Next thing he knew he was doubled over and a loud pitched scream rang through the room. He thought that was irritating. His head was already pounding after emptying his entire stomach out on the floor, last thing he needed was the loud noise and someone getting worked up and overdramatic.
He slowly sat back up, one hand clutching his stomach, the other holding him up. He barely managed to blink away the tears in the corners of his eyes.
Everything was fuzzy for Monama. He could barely make out what was going on, but the music was stopped. That made him snap to attention as he doubted that someone would turn it off because he was sick all over the floor. He moved quickly to wipe his eyes, desperately trying to remove the haze and nauseous feeling in his gut.
Once he'd opened his eyes yet again, blinking at the sudden light, he'd noticed everyone was off looking to the side. His eyes trailed along to see what they were looking at, and horror struck.
He watched as Surebu clutched the side of her face, blood dripping to the floor. She seemed scared, genuinely scared as she looked at Komori. She looked as though she was about to say something, but she was suddenly pulled away and was being dragged over to the front door.
Monama moved quickly, ignoring his stomach churning and he grabbed onto Surebu's arm. He gently began to guide her through the crowd, talking to her the whole way, knowing that she was already disoriented and the last thing she needed was to be getting dragged around and hear nothing but yelling.
"And that's what happened?" Aizawa asked, arms crossed over his chest as he looked down at the blond. Monama nodded, making sure not to skip a detail explaining the events of that night. "And you have no idea who threw the bottle? Or how a glass bottle got in your dormitory?" Monama shook his head, looking down. He really wished he could be more help.
Not long after the stairway surfing incident, a few teachers and staff members came to the 1-A dorms, looking for people who'd attended the party. The needed to know what happened and how.
According to the information gathered so far, the glass bottle was filled with vodka. Someone had managed to bring alcohol into this party filled with minors and was actively spiking peoples drinks. When the bottle was empty they had tossed it across the room. They hadn't intended to hit someone, but they had, and it was the birthday girl herself. It just so happened that the birthday girl was also the child of the UA staff and none of them would rest until they found out who it was.
When Monama was told all this, he was horrified. Not because he was worried about getting into trouble, but because this meant that someone had heard they were throwing a party for under-age kids, on school grounds, for someone whose never had a birthday party before and actively CHOSE to be disruptive and hurt people. To say he was furious would be an understatement. He was ready to throw hands with whoever it was that chose to ruin Surebu's night like that.
He made sure to recall the events of that night as well as he could so that they could get some information on who it might be.
"In all honesty we hadn't expected anyone to show like that. The party was meant to be fir 1-B and a small select few Surebu picked out. Everyone else that came along? They weren't invited. It wasn't meant to be a big party."
The room fell silent at this and Monama could swear he was in trouble. It was then a sheet of paper was slid over to him with a pen. He looked at it and then back up with a confused look.
"Write down everyone who was invited. Everyone else are suspects."
