After Sam found out about Cas and I, we eventually told Ellen, Jo and Uncle Bobby. We told them at Sam's birthday party. Ellen and Jo accepted it immediately, but Bobby was a little uncomfortable with it at first. He wasn't opposed to it though. Their acceptance took a huge weight off my shoulders and I felt free. I was free to kiss Cas openly. I was free to hold his hand. I was free to hug him. I was free to love him.

The following weekend, I took Cas out of town renting a hotel and making reservations at a fancy Italian restaurant. Cas' stories were never ending. They reached far back to the creation of earth. When he told them, he entered a level of obliviousness that enthralled me. He became so caught up in what he spoke of. It was fascinating how passionate he became when story telling. After a very small portioned meal at the restaurant, we went out for milkshakes and then back to the hotel room.

I showered and came out to Cas sitting up in the bed reading. I pulled back the covers sliding up next to him grabbing the book away.
"No! I was at a good part!" He whined.
"I am too." I whispered wrapping my arms around him and kissing his neck. He melted into my arms and ran his hands up my bare chest placing kisses on my shoulders.
I pulled him on top of me to straddle my hips. He removed his shirt leaning down and kissing me.
"Cas, there's something I need to tell you." I said shakily.
He perked up immediately sensing something different in my voice.
"What is it Dean?"
"Well, you and I have been together for a couple months now... I don't think you remember, but exactly six months ago, I asked you if you were okay and you just started crying. Remember?"
"Yeah I remember. I didn't remember the date of it though..." He looked genuinely worried now. I laughed slightly.
"Don't worry, nothing bad is happening." I said trying to get him to relax a little.
"What do you need to tell me Dean?"
"Cas, I think... No scratch that. I know. I know that I am." I took a breath trying to stop shaking.
"Cas, I love you."
I looked at him waiting for a reaction. He still sat on me, holding my hands. He started to tear up and I tried to stop him but he cut me off.
