"What do you mean you have to do it alone?" I asked, almost yelling. "Why can't we help?"
"It's Hell, Dean. Not a place for humans. I can make a short trip to Lucifers cage, but it will take a lot of energy and maybe even a few tries. I'll need a few days before I do it, and about a week in between each try. I need to be at full power to do this."
"Well then you can just stay here while doing it. Right?" Sam asked.
"Yeas, if that's alright."
"Well then, I'm going to bed. I have school tomorrow. See ya tomorrow." With that Sam was back in his room.
"Cas, you have no idea what this means to me. With all the shit going on in this world, you're helping Sam and I." I said.
"It's okay Dean. Just to have a friend or two, is really cool. I've never really had any."
"Wow..." I thought for a minute. "Well, I can set up the guest room for you to sleep in."
"No, I don't sleep."
"What? Well then what are you going to do?"
"I don't know. I can't use any of my powers or the wait will be longer, so I guess I will just, sit here." He said.
"Well, would you like to watch television?" I asked.
"Yes please."
"Well, here's the remote. Tv is right there. If you get bored, Sam has some books over there." I tried making Cas as comfortable as possible. I put out some pajamas for him incase his trench coat and suit got uncomfortable. Soon enough I was in my own bed falling asleep.I woke up with something pushing my arm slightly. I looked at my alarm clock. 2:58.
"What." I grunted.
"I'm... Don't know what... Lay.... With you." Was all I heard. I was barely conscious and cut out a few times. I didn't know what the voice was saying or who's voice it was. I just grunted back before feeling something lay in the bed next to me. Before I could look, I was asleep again.I woke up around 8:30 and looked over my shoulder, trying to remember what happened last night. I could have sworn someone came and slept in my bed with me but I was unsure. Who ever it was, they were gone now.
I headed to the kitchen and found Castiel sitting on the couch looking at the tv. The tv was off.
"Hey Cas. What ch'ya you doin?" I asked. I thought for a second that maybe it was him who came to my bed last night. It must have been a dream though.
