Lenas POV

I know Kara is upset that I had to leave and if I didn't have too I wouldn't. I have a really important meeting to get to in the morning or else I wouldn't care much about it.

I don't know what her and Alex were talking about earlier but whatever it was seemed to upset her even more. Karas not one to talk about her feelings, well not too me at least. In the end it's only 2 days and we will be together again,

Karas POV

Today was the day we were heading back home, these few days in Midvale were much needed and I feel like the kids really warmed up to Eliza and were able to see more of Alex as well. The kids got along the entire time which kind of surprised me. I would have thought that with Ruby here Jo would have ignored Emery more than she did.

"Is your bags packed?" I ask the girls and they nod

"Yea, when are we coming back?" Jo ask and I chuckle

"We'll come back soon. I promise" I say and they smile

"What time do we leave?" Jo ask

"5, you got about 3 hours" I say and they nod jumping off the bed and running out and Alex smiles and walks in

"They really like it here" she says sitting on the bed

"Yea they do" I smile

"Ever think about moving back?" She ask me

"no, We have life's in National City, I have Catco the kids have school and Lenas company..... have you?" I ask and she shakes her head

"No, the DEO is there and you're there" she smiles

"Plus I think the kids really like having Ruby to play with and the unlimited cookies" I chuckle

"Plus, you and Sam are getting serious?" I ask and she nods

"I mean Kara we kind of already went further than you and Lena" she laughs

"Alex! No No No, I don't want to hear that" I say and she laughs even more

"Okay okay, I'm sorry" she says, my face still red

"Or have you gone that far? Karaaa you slept with her!" She says and hits my arm

"No! No Alex" I say and she smirks

"Sure baby sis" she says and I roll my eyes

"I'm serious" I chuckle

"Well what are you waiting for?" She also me and I shrug

"I mean it hasn't really came up," I say

"Good, you're too young for that" she says and I laugh

"Alex.... you're only 3 years older than me. I am 26" I smile and she shakes her head

"Still wayy too young, wait until your like... older" she smiles

"Back to you and Sam now" I say and she lights up

"Oh! We're good, I mean the.... never mind, but Ruby is amazing, Sam is amazing and Kara I couldn't be happier" she says and I smile hugging her

"Thank you for sparing me the details" I laugh

"And I'm proud of you Alex" I say and kiss her head and Eliza comes in

"Look at my girls getting along" she says taking out her phone

"Mom" we both groan and she takes the picture anyway
