Chapter 13

Josephines POV

"I can come with you?" She ask me, all I want to say is yes, of course she can but I don't answer yet and she looks down

"Oh" she sighs

"Wait Em, where do you live?" I ask and she points to a  blue house on the end of the street,

"I have a plan"

" I want you to go back with your family and pack a bag okay? And I'll do the same. Then tonight at 11, I will be outside your house and all you have to do is meet me outside and we will be together okay," I say and she nods

"Where will we go?" She ask me

"I don't know yet, but we will figure it out okay?" I say and she nods hugging me once again

"Okay, I love you Josephine" she says

"I love you too Emery, I'll see you tonight" I say and she runs over to her family and they leave then I head back to the penthouse,

It was a little after 6:30 now and when I told Kara I would be a little late she said no later than 6 since that's when Lena was coming home but I couldn't just leave Emery

I walked in the house and they were both drinking a glass of wine while Lena made dinner

"Where were you?" She questions

"At the park" I say and take my things to my room and come back

"I asked you to be home by 6, what happened?" Kara ask and I shrug, I can't let them know about Emery

"I'm sorry, I lost track of time and before I knew it, it was past 6, I really am sorry I didn't mean to" I say and okay with my fingers

"Okay, just. If you know you're going to be late please text us, and don't let it be an everyday thing" Lena says and I nod

"Okay" I reply and they smile

"Anyways, how was the park?" Kara ask

"It was good, I got my homework done quick, I like the outdoors so I like just sitting there" I say and they nod

"I didn't know you liked the outdoors" Lena says

"Yea, no one does" i chuckle nervously

"Well we'll have to take some trips" Kara says and I smile

"Do you play any sports? Or in any clubs?" Kara ask and I shake my head

"No, the wanted to play soccer but I was never able to, and I don't have any friends to join clubs with" I say quietly

"We can look into soccer for you to play, and maybe if you join clubs you'll make friends, you are a very likable child" Kara smiles

"It's too late for me to start now" I say

"Non-sense, you're never too late to start something your passionate about" Lena says and I smile

"Easy for you to say, your a successful businesswoman before the age of 30" I say

"That's true, but I had to work hard as hell for it too, and if you want to play soccer you can do it." Lena says

"Yea,  we could go by the park after school tomorrow and play, I used to a little in school" kara says and I smile

"Okay" I say and we all continue to eat dinner,

After dinner I went to shower and pack a bag of all the things I need for Emery and I, I decided I would take the phone incase there was an emergency just turn off the location so they couldn't track me,
