Chapter 46

Karas POV

Today's the day! I'm so excited. I love the beach we never had anything like that in Krypton.

Luckily it's a couple of us going. Alex, Sam,Ruby and are coming and Eliza is coming the day after. We invited J'onn but he said he didn't want to leave the DEO unattended. And winn said he had already planned something with his girlfriend

It was just before 7 now and we were all awake for the drive. We packed the car up yesterday so we wouldn't have to do it this morning,

Alex, sam and Ruby were driving down and they were going to follow us.

Lena is a little self conscious about her being pregnant, we ended up renting a beach house on a private beach so it's just going to be us there anyway,

"Ready love?" Lena ask me and I nod

"Yes!" I exclaim and she chuckles

"Girls, we're leaving. Make sure you have everything" I say and they both come out with a few things they would need for today so they didn't get packed yesterday

"Coming" they both say and come out with their little bags they would keep on themselves

"Okay let's go" Lena says and we all walk out as she locks up the penthouse and into the car

We're planning on stopping for breakfast along the way at a fast food place so we don't lose time driving

"I could have flown us there quicker" I whisper to Lena once we start driving

"How would you explain that to Emery?" She chuckles

"Wait until she fell asleep then we fly" I smile and she shakes her head

"You'll be okay darling it's only a few hours and I am the pregnant one after all" she says raising her eyebrow and I sit back in my seat

"Yes Ms.Luthor" I mock her she she gives me a side eye and puts her hand on my thigh as we continue the drive

Lenas POV

We stopped for breakfast and Kara got double of what everyone else had gotten since she eats more and needs more calories to keep up her energy and I decided I would just wait for lunch since I wasn't hungry much to Karas protest

The beach was 5 hours away and we were now reaching hour 1 of our 5 hour trip

"Momma I got to pee" Emery says from
The backseat

"Emery we just left the house" I sigh

"2 hours ago" she says

"It's only been an hour and a half" Jo says

"We'll I got to go" Emery squirms

"We'll you're going to have to wait until I can find an exit to get off of" I say and she sighs as I spend the next 15 minutes finding a rest stop so we could pull over with Alex right behind us

"What's wrong?" Alex says once had pulled of the highway

"Emery had to pee" Kara says and we get everyone out of the car

"I want everyone to use the bathroom because we are not stopping once we get back on the road" I say and all of us go into the rest area so we could use the bathroom and got back in the car

"Are we ready?" Sam ask

"Yea let's go" I say and we start driving again

Now hour 3 Into the drive and I was ready to pull my hair out, the girls were fine, they were on their iPads but Kara on the other hand was complaining
