The three of them walked through the woods after leaving the group. Delilah's brothers were the only ones she has ever had. They raised her since she was just three after their mother died and had to deal with their father. The three of them stopped for a bit and Delilah zoned out.

"There's nothing out here but mosquitoes and ants." Daryl complained, snapping Delilah out of her trance.

"Patience, little brother. Sooner or later a squirrel is bound to scurry across your path." Merle said.

"Even so, that ain't much food." Daryl said, scanning the area around them.

"More than nothing." Merle added and Delilah shrugged.

"Yeah, at least it's something." Delilah said, agreeing with her brother.

"I'd have better luck going through one of them houses we passed back on the turnoff." Daryl commented.

"Is that what your new friends taught you? How to loot for booty." Merle said, not to fond about Daryl's idea.

"We've been at it for hours. Why don't we find a stream, try and look for fish." Daryl suggested and Delilah had a tiny smile on her face.

"Yeah, I always loved hunting fish." Delilah exclaimed looking at her two older brothers.

"I think you're just trying to lead me back to the road. Get me over to that prison. Back to your boyfriend." Merle teased his sister.

"What?" Delilah gasped.

"Yeah, I saw that. We both did." Merle chuckled. Delilah turned her head and scoffed at him.

"They got shelter. Food. A pot to piss in. Might not be a bad idea." Daryl shrugged

"For you guys, maybe. Ain't gonna be no damn party for me." Merle said, getting up off the ground and grabbing the string for traps

"Everyone will get used to each other." Daryl shrugged, aiming his crossbow in the distance.

"They're all dead. Makes no difference."

"How could you be so sure?" Daryl asked.

"Right about now he's probably hosting a housewarming party where's he's gonna bury what's left of your pals...let's hook some fish." Merle said after a short pause, leading Delilah by the shoulder to walk with him.
