Delilah's legs moved as fast as they could matching with Glenn's speed. With Tara beside her they helped each other. Delilah squinted her eyes and looked off into the distance. A tunnel had appeared in front of them. She noticed writing on the side of the tunnel. Glenn immediately sprinted towards the tunnel.
"Glenn, go to terminus. Maggie, Sasha, and Bob." The Dixon read the bold red writing. Delilah gave the young Rhee a smile. Glenn rubbed his fingers on the substance printed on the wall.
"We're gaining on them. Still wet." Glenn informed, walking backwards in front of the dark tunnel. Delilah helped Tara catch up to him and help the group to a stop.
"We sure as Shinola can't go up and over." Abraham spoke, staring into the tunnel. Delilah turned her head at the noise of walkers snarling inside. "How about around?" Abraham asked, making Glenn examine the tunnel further.
"No. That'll take a day, maybe more. If Maggie went through, I'm going through. We're close." Glenn said desperate for his wife.
"Shut up a second. You hear that?" Abraham walked closer. The walkers inside got louder. "That there is a long, dark tunnel full of reanimated corpses. I don't have fill-on certainty that I can get Eugene through there alive. My recommendation would be take the day, make a detour and play it safe, but I know you're not gonna do that." Abraham said, already knowing the Rhee long enough to know what he'll do.
"So, this is where we've got to part ways. I'm sorry." Abraham apologized, taking his bag off his shoulder. "You're on your own." He said, kneeling down.
"No, he has us." Tara reassured Glenn and gave Delilah a smile.
"You're my family." Delilah told Glenn, her hand on his shoulder. Glenn gave her a smile and a nod touching her hand. She looked over at Tara and nodded. "You are now too." Delilah said, making Tara smile.
Abraham held a couple cans up in the air for them. "No, no, no. Those are yours. You guys need them for your trip." Glenn declined his offer kindly. "You will to." Abraham insisted. The two girls beside him looked at him for a second before taking the cans themselves.
"Thank you." Delilah accepted taking the cans gratefully. Abraham then passed Glenn a flashlight. "Sorry, I...hit you in the face." Glenn joked making Abraham let out a chuckle.
"I'm not. I like to fight." Abraham shrugged before walking off. Rosita took his place. "Good luck." She told the three of them with a hug.
"You three are good people. I have to say that you two are seriously hot." Eugene looked at both Tara and Delilah. Delilah choked on a laugh and held it back. Glenn looked at the ground and laughed. "Yeah. I like girls." Tara told him briefly.
"I'm well aware of that." Eugene said blankly.
"I'm looking for someone myself actually. He's out there somewhere right now. Just like Maggie. I hope you make it safely, Eugene. All of you." Delilah turned around with the two of them giving them all a wave goodbye.
Every step they took started to echo the deeper into the tunnel they got. " After this all started, after I realized I'd never see my family, my friends again, I was numb. All day long, just numb. I'm just saying I get it." Glenn told Tara. Delilah frowned.
"I guess we all felt that way. When it all started I had my brothers and that was it. The only people I had left to lose, gone." Delilah said, voice cracking. She look a deep breath.
"When Brian told us he wanted to take over the prison, I knew it sounded bad. When I found my girlfriend, she was dead. My niece. My sister, she was surrounded, pounced on. I saw it happen. But still, it wasn't as bad as seeing what he did to Maggie's father." Tara told them, making Glenn stop walking. Delilah could sense her guilt.
Tara looked at them with despair. "Because that's when I knew. That second the sword--I wanted to scream no but it just happened. Brian said we might have to kill people. I was the first to jump in. I was just hanging on the 'might'." Tara confessed calmly before continuing to walk. Delilah furrowed her brows and frowned.
"You didn't know. None of you knew. Your sister, girlfriend, niece. You may have been on the wrong side but you didn't know how bad he was. It's okay. Don't beat yourself up, okay?" Delilah reassured making Tara stop and turn her head as a response.
The group of three continued beside each other until a pile of rocks appeared in the darkness. Glenn shined his flashlight over the rocks spotting walkers stuck in it. The walkers held their arms out and snarled.
The three of them got rid of the walkers on the surface. They started to climb the wall. With Delilah and Tara's conditions they knew the consequences that could happen. Delilah lifted her good leg up on the pile of rocks while Glenn helped Tara up. Rocks tumbled down with every move. About halfway around the pile Tara moved once more making her stumble, a heavy rock trapping her leg. The noise alerted more walkers than they thought were around.
Walkers started to make their way towards them. Tara cried out in pain trying to lift the rock off her foot. Glenn tossed the flashlight at Delilah. Delilah caught it and held it at Tara's foot and the walkers back and fourth. "Hurry." She panicked, looking at the walkers behind her. She took her handgun out and pointed it at the closest walker.
A bright light blinded them, making Delilah lower the gun and cover her eyes. Gun shots and falling bodies echoed through the tunnel. Delilah uncovered her eyes, shading them from the light with her hand. She squinted and saw Maggie through the light. Maggie and Glenn immediately took each other into their arms.
Delila looked behind them and spotted Abraham's group smiling back at them. Sasha and Maggie took Delilah into a hug. Glenn introduced Tara to Maggie, Sasha, and Bob. The rest of the night The group caught up got rest.

The next morning the group continued their journey to Terminus. The long walk wasn't so boring with other people Delilah knew. She was elated to see the couple reunited. She just hoped the same would soon happen to her if Shane was still out there.
The hours were long and the sun didn't help. The group was getting low on water but they had to keep pushing. The closer they got, the more hope swelled in Delilah's heart. One foot after the other was getting tiring and boring considering they've been doing it for three straight days.
Over the final hill they could see Terminus. Delilah examined the walls and the building above it. Bold letters spelt out 'TERMINUS' on the front of the big red building. As the group approached the walls, the gate slowly opened revealing a woman. She looked them up and down with a warm smile.
