Delilah sat in the back of the RV with Jesus, Glenn, Abraham, and Maggie. She had her head rested up against Shane's shoulder. She watched as Glenn put his hand over Maggie's pregnant stomach as she looked out the window.
Abraham leaned forward in front of Glenn. "So, when you were pouring the bus quick, did you mean to make pancakes?" Abraham asked him with honesty. Delilah heard Shane blurt out a laugh when the Rhee looked back at the finger in confusion.
"Uh, yes?...why?"
"Just wondering." He answered, leaning back in his seat.
The RV went to a sudden stop and everyone piled out of the RV behind Jesus. "That's one of ours." Jesus rushed out of the RV pointing to the wreck. Blood and body parts littered the scene. Rick cocked his gun and pointed it behind Jesus's head.
"If this is a trick, it won't end well for you." The grimes threatened
"My people are in danger. They don't...we don't have a lot of fighters. I know how it looks, but I'll play it out. Can I borrow a gun?" Jesus rambled while panicking. Delilah put her finger up to stop them, noticing tracks. Her brother came up behind her and noticed the tracks she was looking at.
"No. We got tracks right here." Daryl pointed down at the tracks on the ground that lead to a building next to the crash.
"It goes right to that building." Delilah added, pointing to the building in front of them.
Delilah took her knife out and stayed close to Shane and Daryl as they slowly approached the building. Rick banged on the door to wait for a response from the dead or the living.
"They gotta be in there." Jesus looked back at them with worry.
"How do we know this ain't firecrackers in a trash can?" Daryl walked up next to Rick.
"You don't." Jesus shrugged.
"We'll get your people. You're staying here with one of us." Rick looked back at Michonne. Michonne shook her head and Glenn asks Maggie if she'll stay.
"Y'all go, and be safe." Maggie complies. Delilah followed them into the building cautiously. She knew she should've stayed with Maggie. She didn't want to feel useless.
The room was somewhat dark. There were walkers snarling somewhere. Rick and Michonne went a different way than Delilah and Shane. Glenn and Daryl soon split up with them.
A couple walkers walk out of a corner getting the couples attention. Delilah took out the one closest to her; stabbing the walker in the head. Shane took the other one the same way making sure it fell quietly.
A few minutes later Daryl got their attention with one of Jesus's people they found. They followed them outside to regroup with Maggie and Jesus. The guy introduced himself as Dr Carson.
