Delilah felt her body roll over before her body gained consciousness. Her body jolted up at the feeling of hands on her body. She looked up at Glenn, a smile forming on his face when he saw the Dixon awake. "Oh my god!" Delilah exclaimed hugging the man hovering over her. She looked behind him in the hug and saw the four people she's never seen before.
"Hey. Rosita fixed your leg for you." Glenn smiled and let the Dixon go. Her eyes trailed down to her leg, a bandage wrapped around it. She examined the group behind him. "Whichever one of you is Rosita thank you." Delilah chuckled looking at the two girls, Glenn helping her to her feet.
"You're welcome." Rosita chuckled back.
"This is Abraham, Rosita, Eugene and Tara." Glenn pointed out each person with the name. Delilah gave them all a tiny smile through her cracked dry lips.
Tara passed her a water bottle. Delilah took it gratefully pouring it down her throat being cautious she doesn't drink too much. She passed it back to the Espinoza thanking her for her kindness.
"Did you see the bus?" Glenn asked her. Delilah furrowed her eyebrows thinking back from before she blacked out. "I don't think so. I was in the woods for awhile." She answered truthfully making Glenn sigh.
"Maggie was on the bus and these guys are helping me find her. Tara saw the bus a couple hours back towards the prison...everyone dead." Glenn filled her with the information from before. Delilah's eyes widened and her jaw dropped.
"Oh my. Was anyone else on the bus?" She asked, shocked.
"Beth could have been with her, I don't know." Glenn sighed in defeat. Delilah's mouth formed a line and put her head down.
"Did you see Daryl or Shane at the prison?" Delilah asked with a raised eyebrow. Glenn shook his head.
"Didn't see them alive or dead." Glenn shrugged giving the Dixon all he had.
The group continued walking. Tara was helping Delilah walk, supporting her body for balance. As the time went by her leg progressively got a bit better but the only thing she needed more than anything was rest.
Abraham and his group told Delilah about their trip to Washington and how Eugene knows how to cure everyone. Delilah thought it was cool that someone might actually know how to fix all this. Abraham was now trying to convince Delilah to come with them if they don't find Maggie but she was going to stay with Glenn and Tara no matter what they do.
"I'm aware it does sound bananas. But looking at the fossil record, knowing what I know about this infection, you cannot say for certain it isn't what killed off the dinosaurs. Now, do I believe that's what happened? No. But it is enjoyable as hell to think about an undead ankylosaur going after a diplodocus. That there was a video game worth to preorder." Eugene jabbered along the side of Delilah and Tara. Delilah thought he was quite annoying and he was obviously trying to engage conversation with the two girls that had no interest in what he was saying. Delilah looked down at the train tracks they were following. The bandage on her leg was clear of blood and she still had a limp in her walk.
The group walked all day until the sun started going down. They camped out on the side of the tracks. Delilah had a half a can of green beans Rosita gave her and limped off to the grass to lay down. Her back lied on the cool, prickly grass. She examined the stars twinkling above her. Her mind was a rollercoaster going hundreds of miles an hour. She took a deep breath to calm herself down and gently closed her eyes.

The prison was silent, cold, and not a single light was lit but Shane and Delilah's cell. Their battery powered clock next to their bed read midnight. Delilah sat crisscross on their bed while Shane dug through his bag with a smug smile. "What is it?" Delilah asked, biting her lip.
Shane pulled out a deck of cards and threw it on the bed in front of her. "Ta da." He exclaimed hopping on the bed in front of her. Delilah chuckled and furrowed her brows. "That's what you were having a fit over?" She asked jokingly, grabbing the package of cards. Shane playfully glared at her making her laugh.
"Prime entertainment these days, princess." Shane said, snatching the box of cards out of her hands, opening the box and taking the cards out.
"Ever played go fish?" Shane asked, giving his girlfriend a smirk while shuffling the cards. Delilah looked at him with a straight face and blinked. "Have I ever played go fish?...Of course I have. This was the prime entertainment in my dads shack." She chuckled.
"Alrighty then. I'm the best at this game. I'd beat Carl all the time playing this game." Shane said, dealing the cards. "I see, looking for competition eh?" Delilah smirked looking at her cards.
The couple played three rounds both tied until Delilah won the last game. "Haha. I won." Delilah mocked scrunching her nose at her boyfriend in front of her. "I let you win." Shane joked making Delilah playfully roll her eyes.
"Whatever. You just won't admit you're a loser." She laughed leaning closer to him. She got on her knees biting her lip getting closer to the Walsh. Shane's eyes was focused on her lips. Delilah grabbed his face, his body following hers as their lips slammed together. His hands on her waist leading her down to her back on the bed, cards scattering everywhere.
Delilah opened her eyes when he pulled away. Blood falling onto her face. Her eyes widened, Shane's face was purple and decaying. Dark holes on his face, a nest with maggots. Delilah's hands pulled him away as he fought through her grasp, his teeth chomping in her face before biting into her neck.

Delilah's eyes jolted open and her body stood up gasping for air. A cold sweat taking over her body. She looked beside her and saw Glenn just waking up, looking at her. "You okay?" He asked her, concerned. She let out a deep breath.
