_____
Delilah's eyes slowly opened in the dark room. She immediately lifted her body checking her surroundings. Her friends were piled around her. She instantly went to feel for her weapons. Her gun and tomahawk was gone. The last thing she could remember was being led into an area to eat and was gassed.
"Everyone okay? We have everyone here?" Maggie worried, standing up to her feet with her husband next to her. Everyone started to check on each other. Delilah slowly got up and looked around. "You okay?" Tara asked her while giving Delilah her hand. Delilah nodded, "Yeah, I'm fine. You?"
Tara nodded and started to check on everyone else waking up. The cold walls that surrounded them in the small dark container gave Delilah an eerie feeling. The sounds of distant yelling and gunshots made the group all up on their heels. The group was silent, the kind of silence that was terrifying.
The gunshots got closer to the train car they were in before they stopped. "Drop your weapons now!" A harsh voice demanded from above them. "Now!" He said again after a few seconds of silence. The clang sound the weapons hitting the ground went through their ears.
"Ringleader, go to your left. The train car, go. You do what we say, the boy goes with you. Anything else, he dies and you end up in there anyway...Then the archer, gunslinger, now the samurai."
The group listened as four sets of footsteps approached the door. "Stand at the door, ringleader, archer, gunslinger, samurai, in that order." The man demanded. "My son." A familiar voice yelled from outside the door. Delilah's eyes widened and her head cocked towards Glenn and Maggie beside her. The three of them gave each other the same look. "That's Rick." Maggie whispered quietly.
"Go, kid." The man ordered. The last set of footsteps reached the front of the train car slowly. "Ringleader. open the door and go in." He instructed,
"I'll go in with him." Rick disobeyed. "Don't make us kill him now." Garret threatened making the Grimes slide the door open. As he walked through the door his expression softened when he saw his friends. Delilah's eyes trailed back to the person coming in behind him. A smile appeared on her face when her brother's figure entered the container.
"Daryl!" She exclaimed pulling him into a hug. The siblings wrapped their arms around each other. Delilah let go and looked up at her brother's face and wiped her tears. She noticed a single tear going down his bruised face.
"I thought I lost ya'." Delilah chuckled through her tears. Another set of footsteps entered the car. Delilah looked over Daryl's shoulder as Shane stood there with a half smile in disbelief.
Delilah shoved her brother out of the way and dove into his arms making him tumble backwards. "I fucking missed you, princess." He whispered in her ear. Delilah smiled at the old nickname he used. The two let go when Michonne and Carl entered the car behind them.
The group that entered started to eye the new people in the train car. Maggie noticed and addressed. "They're our friends." Maggie introduced vaguely looking at Abrahams group and back at Rick. "Now they're friends of ours." Daryl nodded.
"For how ever long that'll be" Abraham blankly joked about their situation. "No." Rick started, walking over into the light. "They're gonna feel pretty stupid when they find out."
"Find out what?" The red head questioned.
"They're fucking with the wrong people."
___
Twenty minutes past and the group stood there in the train car helpless. The whole time they were thinking about how they would get out of this situation, but the options were low. from the tiny holes of the train car they couldn't tell how many people they had or a possible way out of there.
A creak of a door alerted the group from above. A smoke grenade fell on the ground with the clink of metal. "Get down!" Abraham yelled, warning everybody. Delilah dropped down while Shane covered her body with his.
The gas filled her lungs making her cough. Shane uncovered her and held her arms. The train car door opened loudly. Delilah couldn't see anything beyond Shane's body in front of her. Shane soon got pulled away from her. The two of them held onto each other until Delilah got shoved back down. "Hey...get back here!" She banged on the metal doors in front of her in between coughs.
Delilah gathered herself and turned back to look at the group. "Who are we missing?" Maggie asked frantically, looking around. "Rick, Daryl, Glenn, and Shane." Delilah listed while looking around the room.
The group started the gather themselves. They made weapons out of anything they could find. Random wood chunks or even pieces of clothing. Delilah started shaving down a piece of wood from the train car to make a shiv. She ripped a piece of the back of her shirt and wrapped it around the base for a grip.
After a few minutes everyone had their own made up weapon. Delilah sat with Tara beside her. She twirled the shiv in her hands, examining the cracks of the worn wood. Worries filled her empty mind like a termite. An explosion shook the ground below her making her jump forward. The group tried their best to see what was going on through the holes in the walls. Gunshots started echoing from outside the walls before Rick opened the train car door.
They hurried everyone out of the car. Shane helped Delilah out by holding her waist. Daryl rushed them forward while shouting down walkers around them. Delilah used her shiv to take down a few walkers. People from terminus were heard weeping through the land, walkers chewing at their skin.
The group made it to the other end of terminus quickly. The only option was climbing the fence into the woods. Carl and Maggie made it over first before Delilah. Shane helped support her until she got over the fence. She got down and helped the others make it over safely. As Rick came over the fence as the last person, the group disappeared into the woods.
