Narrator: Everyone rushed around trying to set the food down and to set the plates out along with napkins, forks, knifes, and spoons.
At 12 all the families gathered around to pray over food then eat. The males went first grabbing as much food as all of them could put on there plates. They then went to the living room to watch the game and eat. All the girls stayed in the kitchen to eat and talk. Ruth, Nicola, Maddie, Donniya, Safaa, and Abby talked getting to know each other and Haley joined a couple of minuets later, while Mali, Gemma, Waliyha, Kaylee, Destiny, and Julie talked.
All the males were yelling at the tv and making bets on which player would do what. The girls picked up the dishes and helped Karen put them up. All the teens, except for Zayn, Mikey, Lou, Ash, and Cal, had to pay Abby because they bet on who would yell the least during the game. After cleaning, all the teens went outside to play just any game they could think off.
At 4:30, all of the parents that came left and so did some teens. Lou, Mikey, Ben, Jack, Doniya, Waliyha, Safaa, Mali, Gemma, and Greg went home leaving Niall, Julie, Harry, Kaylee, Calum, Haley, Luke, Destiny, Ashton, Zayn, and Abby stayed with the Paynes. All the teens stayed up doing whatever they wanted just basically had their own miny parties in Liam and Maddie's room.
At 1:30, Karen checked in the rooms and smiled seeing them sleeping and shut the bedroom doors walking downstairs. She made a cup of tea and walked out on the back porch and looked out over the moonlit back yard. She thought about all the memories she had about her kids growing up, having parties, sleepovers, and campouts in the backyard.
She smiled. Her two daughters may be grown up and starting life but she knows they'll need her and she's happy about that. She chuckled a bit to herself. She looked over to the swinging hammock and grins. Her baby boy is starting to grow up into a man. His girlfriend is definately not who she expected, but she makes her son happy and that's all she'd ever want her son to be.
Finishing her tea, she went back inside and put her cup in the sink and walked upstairs going to bed. A few moments later, the two teens went back upstairs to get in bed. It's kinda tiring trying to hide their relationship but it's worth it. She kissed the fairly taller, brunette haired boys cheek and walked into Maddie's room carefully not to wake anyone and slowly fell asleep.
