I know I'm not worthy of you,

But I wish you could see me how I see you,

I guess it didn't matter how you didn't love me,

All I wanted in my life was you,

I've made some mistakes,

But you were the best one,

You silenced the pain for awhile,

Only to break me even more,

I guess you didn't care,

Maybe I just wanted to feel your soft lips against mine,

Maybe I just wanted you to make me forget for a second,

I wanted you to hold me while I cried,

Maybe I'm just stuck on you,

Maybe I should try to get you out of my head,

But maybe I didn't want to,

Maybe I was manipulated into loving you,

Maybe I knew all along,

Maybe I just wanted to help you to feel something,

And you did,

For everyone but me.
